Big disappointment. When you are spending 80~100 dollars per person on a meal, you expect a certain standard.Cleanliness:Expecting the same quality as the Eglinton branch, I took my family into the restaurant, only to find that filthy dishes, glasses and flatware. I had to ask them twice to replace the dishes, but there were still bits of food stuck on the dishes and limescale buildup on the glasses. The table itself was dirty as well, with sticky residues and bits of dried food.Food:The side dishes and main food was cooked and seasoned well, but I couldn't obtain enough portions to fill me up. The food servers came by to our table very often when we were first seated, but after two rounds of rotations, they stopped coming to our table at all. I tried hailing them to our table, but they ignored me and served the table right beside mine. In the end, I was only able to get few pieces of sliced meat and pineapple and a couple shrimps.Service:The server made frequent stops, but asked us the same questions that she did before, and took a long time to bring us our bill. Not a big deal, as she was courteous and apologetic. In the end, I was terribly embarrassed to recommend this place to my family members, and I will not be visiting any locations again.

Literally replaced plates twice for crusted residue. You'd think they would take a second look after the first complaint. Food was sub par. You had to think ahead for the waitress because she would forget straws or something you ordered and hadn't brought to you before asking again what you needed.

Most intuitive culinary experience so far! You'll only want to go there with people you connect the most to enjoy every bite of quality food. Even the sides are thoughtfully prepared.

Very rude reception - tall white skinny with black hair women. We made a reservation at 7:30pm and arrived there at 7:20pm. The reception told us in a very condescending tone that we have no option but to wait for about an hour. We kindly ask why it's so, but she kept saying that they are just busy without a very simple apology.Deceiving policy - meat guys frequently visited us with decent meat for the first 30mins then thry explicity ignored our table afterwards. Whenever I ask the server for more meats they either brought very cheap meat or just had us wait for another 30mins until we grab them and ask when it's coming. We did not get any meat for last one hour in the restaurant but just waited.Felt like scammed

My wife and I had an amazing meal. By far the best restaurant in Niagara. The beef was incredible and the sides were very good too. The service was a little slow but it was very busy. We will def be back anytime in Niagara.

Pretty standard fair for a Brazilian steakhouse. We mostly go for the experience and the grilled pineapple. No salad bar at this one which was a let down. Dessert options also leave a lot to be desired.

Made 6 30 PM reservations for my wife and I, arrived at 6 25 PM to find the parking lot to be full , we called the restaurant and asked if they had additional parking to which they directed us to their “ private driveway “The lady we spoke to on the phone told us to park our car there and walk to the restaurant , upon parking and walking out we noticed a sign claiming permit parking only . We called the restaurant back and inquired about the sign to which the lady told us “ don’t worry about it , we put that there to scare people off “However we noticed that the cars parked there did indeed have permits so we called the number of the sign to which a gentleman answered and told us if we left our car there without a permit he will tow it .We then inquired back to the restaurant to which we are now told we DO need a pass despite being told we didn’t over 4 times . The manager filled out a permit and gave it to us to which we had to go all the way back and park .I asked fr the manager and spoke to Toophan stated my complaint that we were over an hour late because his front desk staff told us to park without a permit which meant we had to walk back and forth between the restaurant multiple times and my wife is pregnant and we were constantly misinformed . I also explained my frustration that my car LITERALLY would have been towed because his front desk staff misinformed us .We asked the manager for a discount price as my wife and I live an hour and a half away and had work the next morning , we explained that we were an hour + late for our reservations despite showing up on time ,we almost got our car towed , and on top of that we have to leave sooner that later because of all the delay and it’s too late to go somewhere else , I was also frustrated because this misinformation provided by them had my pregnant wife walking trips back and fourth in the cold .Manager denied any type of accommodation for us , didn’t help us in any way shape or form, absolutely ruined the experience .

Loved it. You won't walk away hungry. Most of the beef was tender and flavourful. Service was fast and the side dishes were all great. Will definately go back. The only downfall is having to use your phone to look at the menu of side dishes. That was rather annoying. Other than that it was a great meal.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Copa and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Mark. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu elevated our dining experience to another level. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Thanks Mark!

The food was okay, however they were struggling to meet the demands. Also the skinny/ long hair receptionist was rude and potentially racist. After repeatedly requesting for a separate table instead of cramp sitting jn between people, she denied and sat 2 other white couples on separate tables

Copa Cabana - a unique, extraordinary restaurant with a distinctive character that will bring all your senses to the limits of pleasure! From the very entrance, it impresses with its interesting design which, despite the elegant decor, makes you feel comfortable, which is complemented by the friendly and satisfied staff who clearly enjoy working here. When you sit down at the table, from the very first minutes you will be delighted with the variety of smells coming from the meats grilled on a real fire, which are still sizzling and are sliced straight onto your plate. The multitude of waiters moving between the tables didn't even give me time to think about how hungry I was or what exactly I wanted to taste, which is an amazing advantage because in addition to the traditional steak, you can also find many amazing and non-obvious flavors that literally caused an explosion in my taste buds. A great idea is to intersperse bites of delicious, tender, juicy meat of excellent quality with sweet but slightly sour grilled pineapple, which creates a perfect composition with the rest of the dishes. The whole is complemented by perfectly tailored drinks with plenty of alcohol, my personal favorite is the delicate Copa Sour, a fruity and sour drink with a delicate sweet taste. However, every lover of a good piece of meat will certainly appreciate the wide range of whiskeys, a glass of which, in my opinion, is obligatory for such a feast! The food itself and the way it is served arouses delight and creates an unforgettable show, but that's not all! At some point, the lights dimmed, rhythmic music played in the background and waitresses appeared between the tables and lit up the room with sparkler fireworks, handing them out to customers. It was like an aperitif before the main course, which was an amazing performance by Brazilian Samba dancers! The amount of positive energy flowing from the girls presenting their artistic dance between the tables literally next to the customers could be compared to the power of Niagara falling right next to them. Fully professional choreography, breathtaking costumes, amazing interaction with the client and ease of movement (which is really difficult in such costumes) combined with delicious food made it one of the best evenings of my life. When I met Michael, the owner of the restaurant, everything came together. This is a person who simply loves food! He draws joy and motivation from the satisfaction of his guests, which literally gives him the impetus to continue working and improving. Additionally, he ensures the highest quality, starting from the products, through the way of serving and additional attractions. There are no compromises here, it has to be real food, starting from the thermal treatment of the dishes served, which is to delight the customer with its smell, taste, appearance and way of serving. The entire visit to Copa Cabana was an absolutely unforgettable performance of the entire team who put all their strength and heart into delighting their guests with an extraordinary show.In my opinion, the place created by Michael is a must-see when visiting Canada, and I will definitely visit during my future trips. I am truly delighted that I could meet Michael, be a guest in his restaurant and I can recommend this place with 100% complete satisfaction and a smile on my face to absolutely everyone!!!
