Food was cold. The only thing remotely warm was the oatmeal and hot milk. Dirty glasses at juice station. Soggy eggs Benedict. Not with 145.00 at all. Better breakfast at McDonald's.
Average experience to have dinner. Less food options but nice view especially the fireworks at 8pm.
Brunch options/selections seemed rather light. For example, fresh berries, dried fruit and nuts/granola would have been a nice touch for oatmeal and/or French toast. For the price, some lox and bagels would have been appreciated. Or they should have had at least one carving station. But no. They didn't even have bananas, just melon and citrus. Waffles, French toast were dry. Eggs Benedict looked dried out and despite us being the first seating, there were only two in the pan. Supply was never replenished. Signage to find the location was lacking, from outside the building to inside the elevator. The Starbucks on the ground floor had to help. However, the view was great, staff friendly and dining area clean.
Maybe it's better when you go earlier or in the busy season. We had a late reservation the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile.
The food options were minimal. Not worth the price tag. Our server was nice and the view was nice, but unfortunately we still cannot recommend eating here.
Overall it was a good experience. The food was good however was extremely expensive for the food that was available. We ordered pop for the table however when it came it was very flat. The service was extremely slow just to get the pop and our plates cleared.
Please don't be mislead. This isn't in the fallsview casino it's in the Sheraton hotel. The food was ridiculous I could've made it myself
Its ok - the view is ok but our room had a better view. Its very basic and very expensive - we got some promotional price of 30CAD as I am platinum but it was a sucker deal. The buffet had an omelet station which was quite good - better than can be expected and the reviews about EDNA re no joke. They also made an eggs benedict for me without ham - which EDNA indicated the kitchen could do for me. There were 6 hot items, breads, yogurt and oatmeal. Meh.
Very disappointed. Slow service, quality of food not the greatest, variety much less than the last time. Will opt en going back.
The view is amazing! But the service and food are horrible. Our waitress did not greet us or tell us her name. We saw her 3 times, 1 when we arrived and ordered, 2 when she brought a $5 pepsi for my wife and 3 when she brought our $92.12 bill. When we paid, she snatched the slip and walked away without even a goodbye. We watched her bring water and coffee pots to other tables but nothing for us. We were very surprised because this place is in a Sheraton. The breakfast is much better at the Embassy Suites. Save your money and the headache. You will be disappointed.

Visited Nov. 9/25. 5:00 p.m. 2 seniors. Everything was excellent. Great food. Great presentation. Excellent service. Tip of the hat to our servers Rosie and Meno. Only drawback was the parking. Snowing and bitterly cold winds that night and it was a fare jaunt. Followed google's directions but it was wrong on 2 points. Buffet was on the 13th floor not 1st & 2nd. In the Sheridan Hotel. Falls Grand Buffet did not mention their location on the 13th floor in ant of the websites that I visited. Once we got there, we settled in for a most delicious meal topped off with a piece of chocolate cake given to us for celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary.
We decided to try Fallsview Grand Buffet because we couldn't decide on dinner and it was close to our hotel. There were many selections from which to choose. Our waiter, Mano, was great. He was very personable and attentive.
Based on the claim of being "Niagara's #1 buffet restaurant" we had high expectations. Unfortunately, we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the quality of food, especially for the price. The meat and vegetables were dried out and the fruit tasted stale. Our Reservation was for 6PM, so there is no excuse for the poor quality of food. We advised the waiter, but nothing was done. This was an overpriced, unfair exchange. Needless to say, we will Not be returning! Save your money!
This is the equivalent of a hot breakfast US hotels provide for FREE in their lobby, with the only exception being an omelet station & a chaffing dish of roasted chicken & vegetables. Everything else you'll find for free in most hotels. This is the biggest scam in Niagara Falls. We have been to many paid brunch buffets & this was an embarrassment in comparison. Do yourself a favor & save your money. Just head to the indoor pool for an incredible, free view of the falls & eat your breakfast elsewhere. Not worth it at all.
Buffet had barely anything on it, the prime rib was tough, Golden Corral provides better choices.
