Lunch food was good for a buffet. Though it did seem very overpriced. Staff were friendly if a bit slow. We were waiting on the water to get the food and eventually decided we were hungry enough not to wait. We'd almost finished our plates by the time we received water. That said, our sever was friendly they were very busy with lunch rush.

The view is fantastic .The food is quite normal compared with the price and location. But I love the location and the falls view, for me it's worthy experience.

I ate here for dinner. The buffet was pretty average, but the food station where you could get a cut of prepared meat was nice. You could probably get a better quality meal somewhere else. That said, you're really paying for the view, which is quite nice. I didn't pay for a guaranteed falls view when I made my reservation, and given hardly anyone was eating when I went, I was able to get a table by the window, so it'll be up to you on how you may want to approach that aspect.

Good/passable food for an exorbitant price. Expected comforts were absent: oil&vinegar for salads, dessert forks. Roast beef was cooked perfectly but fat was not trimmed. A Luxury Fee is tacked into every bill which looks like a tax and is not transparent.

The best part of this dining experience is the view. The food selection was average at best. It has declined over the years. The service was not very attentive - this was also average at best.

Service was good The food was cold, bland and cheap. Souvlaki and meatballs were prepackaged from a food wholesaler. Seafood “station” consisted of mussels and rice with shrimp. Didn't try the prime rib since it looked like it had been drying under the heat lamp for an hour. Ponderosa in the 1980s was better. Just sad.

It had been years since we ate at this restaurant, but we had fond memories of it. This time, we were there with another couple that were unfamiliar with Niagara Falls, so a buffet seemed like a safe choice. My roast beef was flavourful and tender. The rest of the food was just okay. The restaurant charges a non-refundable fee to reserve a table beside the window with a view of the falls (which I did not appreciate), but the restaurants interior lights were so bright that the glare off the windows made it difficult to see outside. Also, I needed to change our reservation time due to flight delays, and it was extremely difficult to reach the restaurant by phone. Overall, not a terrible experience, but disappointing. Next time we're looking for dinner in Niagara Falls, we'll find somewhere else to eat.

Dirty cups and plates with no concern taken by staff when this was brought to attention. I was told “I didn't put those there it was her”. The new dishes that were brought were just as stained and dirty. We chose this restaurant as a treat over going elsewhere for breakfast and were disappointed that the quality was not better. It was a Wednesday, wasn't busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff. I was at a loss trying to make excuses to stay, trying to be reasonable, but the lack of care and attitude, we ended up leaving.

I made a reservation. Excited for the buffet. Got to Niagara Falls. This buffet doesn't exist! What a disappointment and inconvenience. Instead of celebrating my friends birthday, we ended up having to grab fast food. Why is it allowed to book places that don't exist?

Had dinner first night no problems .Had lunch second day girl come to us half way through my meal looking for payment? Then after my meal she forgot to come back to give us milk and sugar walking past serving other people 💩 service

Over priced cold poor tasting food. View is nice but over priced for the quality and service.

I visited around 8 p.m. yesterday. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere with several families enjoying the buffet, and we were seated at a table facing the falls. Unfortunately, due to the poor lighting, the view was barely visible, which was disappointing given the setting. For $50 per person, I expected professionalism and better overall service. Unfortunately, the service was very poor — even basics like water top-ups were not provided. Closer to 9 p.m., I was shocked to see staff bring out large take-out containers and have the buffet staff pack them with mussels and prime beef. This left very little available for guests still dining and felt extremely unprofessional during service hours. Overall, the location has potential, but the service and professionalism fell far short of the $50 per person price point.
