Got there when they opened. Eggs were cold as well as other food. The bacon was all stuck together in a greasy pile. My wife wound up eating nothing and having a cup of coffee. That was inexpensive cup of coffee.

I am not a pick eater by any stretch. I would definitely avoid this place. Positives: servers were pleasant and attentive. Falls view was nice but a lot of glare on the windows making it difficult to view

Unfortunately the restaurant accepted a reservation for 1:30pm, at 1:30pm i called to ask where was the entrance ... the answer was: “i don't have any reservation in your name and we are closing the buffet, so don't come because there will be no food for you! We can make a reservation for after 4:30pm if you wish.” Unbelievable bad service!

We did not have a view from our room- far away from the windows. The food was very mediocre. The idea that it's the largest buffet in the area is probably laughable- my guess is they were counting that there are two lines of the same food. It was not great. Service was not great. It did not seem close to anything worth the charge. I was very disappointed.

Fallsview Buffet in Sheraton Fallsview is my favourite! Not mentioning the amazing view of two great falls, the food and the service are all world class. This time we met a server lady Ivonne here, she is the best! She helped my mom who doesn't speak much English with lots of patience! She also helped me when I lost my keys and asked her for directions. I am very grateful for her kindness and direction! I found my keys on the Christmas Day! Super happy!

We went for the Christmas Buffet 12/25/25. It was the worst Christmas buffet we’ve ever been to. Turkey but no stuffing or cranberry sauce. Chicken fingers for the kids no plum sauce. The selection was dismal, salami, black olives and Swiss cheese and a coleslaw that was like soup. We’d have done better at McDonalds. They have no business calling this a “grand” buffet. The service was bad too, after 20 minutes finally got up and took a jug of water and glasses from the server area, halfway through the meal our drink order finally came. Brutal disappointment for a Christmas dinner.
I am going to be brutally honest. I hardly give any bad reviews but I think it needs to be said. The food is not good, you will be paying for the view. That’s it. Service is ok, sloppy to be more accurate. Variety is Glasses don’t get refilled timely. You will have to wait. Juices neither. The pastries are not even freshly baked. Tastes like commercial packages. Horrified that this is a Sheraton- Marriot operated restaurant, quality is so poor.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre for the price point you are paying, even with the breakfast voucher (which is $5 cheaper than the regular price). The omelette line is a 30-40 min wait since only one person is staffed for the station. No stir spoons for the coffee. What you are really paying for is the view, which, unless you’re lucky enough to sit at a window table, you are stuck looking at the falls with your bacon, over sometimes hairline…..
