Quality of the food is good, but I was expecting a little more variety on the menu, they had very standard options. The service is great, people are extremely nice and helpful. Wonderful view
Fallsview Buffet in Sheraton Fallsview is my favourite! Not mentioning the amazing view of two great falls, the food and the service are all world class. This time we met a server lady Ivonne here, she is the best! She helped my mom who doesn't speak much English with lots of patience! She also helped me when I lost my keys and asked her for directions. I am very grateful for her kindness and direction! I found my keys on the Christmas Day! Super happy!
We had a wonderful experience at the Fallsview Grand Buffet, thanks to our server IZ. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His positive attitude and great service truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for IZ if you’re dining there!
