Had a wonderful dinner, the Aji de Gallina particularly stood out. It was rich and creamy without being heavy. Thank you Ivan and team for a great experience!
We ate here last September 24, 2024 but forgot to put in a review ... sorry so late.

Authentic Peruvian food. Really worthy to try, and very close to Great Wolf Lodge, only 950m. The sea food here is excellent, you can hardly find even in GTA.
Kid-friendliness: I don’t see a kid’s menu, but the meal portion is big enough so I shared with my kid.

My family and I came here last night and I’m glad we listened to Google reviews for our last night in Canada dining experience. This place is a hidden gem in Niagara Falls. It’s a few miles out of the concentrated tourist areas and this made the experience better. The atmosphere was great because there wasn’t a long wait, it was busier as the night went on but it wasn’t so overloaded with people that it made it congested, the dining environment was comfortable and has a nice ambiance at night. The service was impeccable, our server was extremely friendly and helpful, taking his time to describe anything on the menu and answer any questions. He was attentive and our food came out at a nice pace. The food here is amazing! Such a good Peruvian restaurant that has many different options to choose from and we loved everything we got. If you want to have a nice dining experience, please check this place out.

The Peruvian food at Fork You Restaurant was good.
The Arroz Con Mariscos which is the Peruvian style rice with imported Peruvian seafood was flavourful and delicious.
The Pescado A Lo Macho which is a fried fish fillet in creamy base seafood sauce with Peruvian spices was good. The fried fish was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fish went well with the creamy seafood sauce.
The Aji De Gallina was awesome. It’s a shredded chicken dish cooked in a creamy Peruvian yellow pepper sauce with potatoes and rice. Would definitely recommend if craving for a good and filling unique creamy chicken meal :)
The Lomo Saltado was okay. The marinated strips of sirloin were slightly overcooked making certain pieces more chewy and tough. The onion, tomatoes and sauce were good. The fries were crispy and good too.
The Lucuma Ice Cream was okay. It’s an ice cream made from a Peruvian fruit called Lucuma. The ice cream had a unique subtle taste of sweet potato but was overpowered by the chocolate sauce. The ice cream texture was not great having the texture similar to old freezer burn ice cream.
The Churros with Dulce de Leche was awesome. It was crispy, soft and delicious. Would definitely recommend.
The Inca Kola was interesting and good. It has a sweet fruity flavour.
The corn provided as a finger food was interesting and okay (see picture). It’s worth a try as a finger food.

The food and service here was excellent. We popped in without a reservation on Valentines Day and they made accommodation to fit us in and treated us very well in the process.

Came here for first visit with my family and although service was good, there was a few things that unfortunately won’t have me return back to visit. You can’t order a large bottle of Inca cola for the table, only cans or small bottles. The prices are reflective of prices for large platters (ie. 27-29.99 per main) however portions are more individual sized. Some dishes were very good (we all agreed the ceviche and anticuchos were fabulous) but the lomo saltado and jalea were lacking. Jalea not crispy enough and lomo saltados addition of soy was not a usual flavour profile. Their house fish dish was good. Kids enjoyed the empanadas and churros. What really took me by surprise was the addition of a credit card service charge on my bill. This is normally a fee most restaurants don’t put on their patrons, they absorb themselves or build into the prices - which in this case for this establishment I think is fair to say pricing accounts for. It was disappointing to see especially when they have their 18% tip as the base. Personally we won’t be returning as there are other options that are a better value and more authentic taste.
