I don’t eat fast food. However, Freshi is my fast healthy food go to when I am in Canada. I wish they come to the USA one day.

It’s nice to have a quick option at a main attraction like the Niagara Falls. It’s not super fresh, texture of veggies suffers and sauces taste average. But even lacking flavor it’s still an option that let it you choose your proteins. I got quinoa, black beans, tofu, beats, sweet potatoe and avocado and was happy to just have all that in one meal. If you find better options don’t come here. But it’s way better than ‚just impossible burger & fries‘ ?
Not the best experience. Food is ok but expensive for what it is. Staff not the most engaging. If you order the custom salad box you're given a form to fill in stating what you'd like. Your box then appears a few minutes later. Steak not fresh and greens quite hard. It seems all food venues around the Falls are very poorly rated so this is just another for the list. It's probably the best option in terms of being healthy as everything else is essentially junk food but I wouldn't really recommend. Approx £13 UK sterling for a very average salad box.

Expensive for portion size. I asked the difference between a ‘salad’ and a ‘bowl’ - the staff couldn’t not tell me except that there’s a price difference. Sweet potato and broccoli were both very undercooked and there wasn’t much chicken or sauce. @Freshii corporate why don’t you actually reply to all the complaints on here with an actual response instead of just a copy and paste? Why bother replying at all.
Only reason for the 1 star is the sneaky "LF" fee called a luxury fee***. It is a cash grab***. Was $1.25 extra on our $15.99 food item. When asked for a refund the restaurant said it's a business charge for all businesses in the building, this is unacceptable. I was not told about this before ordering.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND DO NOT PAY FOR ANY BS FEE THAT ISN'T HST OR IN SOME CASES GRATUITY. I'm wondering how many times I've paid extra for nothing during my trip to Niagara... ridiculous man

Everything is fully customizable, which is good, but the quality is just OK. Kid who got a teriyaki noodle bowl had to pour out the sauce, because there was just too much and it was too salty. It's in a mall-ish indoor area with a Starbucks and a souvenir shop and minimal seating.
Poke bowl expensive compared to the small quantity. Long wait even at 2 p.m./2:30 p.m.

I had the Buddha Satay and it was decent. There were not a lot of obvious options for dining and we landed here. I wouldn’t seek it out among all the great options in Toronto, but it filled us up for a day trip to Niagara. We ordered a salad without cheese and it came with cheese so buyer beware.
I recently visited Freshii, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The quality of the food was not up to par. It seemed as though the ingredients were not fresh, and the overall taste was lackluster.
Moreover, I noticed some inconsistencies in the pricing. The prices on the menu did not match the final bill, which left me feeling manipulated. It’s crucial for restaurants to maintain transparency with their customers, and this incident was a breach of trust.
I would like to add that another issue I encountered during my visit to Freshii was the undercooked ingredients in my meal. It’s essential for a restaurant to ensure that all ingredients are cooked to the appropriate level, not only for taste but also for health and safety reasons. Unfortunately, in this case, I found some ingredients in my dish were not fully cooked, which further detracted from my overall dining experience. This is something that needs immediate attention to prevent any potential health risks to customers.
In conclusion, my experience at Freshii was far from satisfactory I don't recommend this place to anyone

I love healthy food that tastes good. I’m willing to pay a premium even before considering the tourist trap nature of the location.

Loved the place and food
The place was so packed and very understaffed
Kudos to the two girls serving, they were clearly overwhelmed but managed to keep up
To the managers - please consider additional staff here to meet peak season demand

Bless the folks who work here. Seems tough. How about let them have both registers open? So ppl not waitin 6minutes to buy a bag of chips cuz Wanda the wasp cant decide what kind of sauce she wants on her rice.. You already have guards and cameras you can afford to be a bit less security obsessed & run 2 tils

SCAM ALERT! Look at the price on the menu board for the Oxaca Bowl, it's $13.69 for the veggie bowl without protein. However, they conveniently charge me $14.99 on my receipt plus an extra LF (luxury fee) of $1.18. When I asked the manager why are there hidden charges? ...she was extremely rude and said I don't make up charges, it is what is it. The Vegetarian Oxaca bowl everywhere is $11.50 but this location decides to charge you 40% more than what is advertised on their own menu board. If you absolutely must eat here, double check all the charges before you pay. Also, this location usually doesn't have all the ingredients if you eat freshii regularly, it definitely won't be the same experience like it is elsewhere.
