The food here was okay, but overall it felt overpriced for what you get. I came on New Year's Eve and this was the only place that still had last-minute reservations, so I didn't have many options. I tried the papaya dessert, which cost $22 and was definitely overkill for the portion and taste. The beef with king oyster mushrooms was actually good, but again, it didn't quite justify the price. One highlight was the tea ceremony presentation—it was a great experience and nicely done. If you're into that, it may be worth checking out, but just be aware that dining here comes with a higher price tag and not the best value.

My husband and I have been visiting Niagara Fallsview for many, many years, and decided to finally check out Golden Lotus. OMG! Not only does this restaurant have amazing views of the Falls but the service and food are outstanding. The food is delicious and great portion! It was difficult for us to limit our dishes. Mingming was very pleasant and kept the tea fresh in our cups. A must try is the Jasmine Dragon Tears alongside any of the great options of food from appetizers to entrees to soup and rice. I recommend this place 💯 We will be back in a few months to celebrate our anniversary and to share this memorable experience with our family. Hope to see Mingming again! 5 🌟

It was our first time at The Golden Lotus. Unfortunately, it also our last. We ordered a few entrees. One entree was the Crispy Half Chicken. We received only dark meat. When we brought this issue to our server, her response was “next time order a larger chicken.” She made no effort to rectify our issue. No tip was given! Our bill before taxes was $120.00.
