Havana Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge

This was an incredible experience! When on vacation, I crave something beyond the usual drag restaurant. This place hit the spot! I’ve had Cuban food once before, so I was thrilled to explore another Cuban restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious! Our party of four ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was a hit. I particularly enjoyed my fried plantains—they were simply divine!

The ambiance of the restaurant was also pleasant. While we were dining, a couple from the restaurant came out and danced, and they were incredibly talented. It was a fun and exciting sight to behold. Our service was equally impressive. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu with ease.

I highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return in the future.

We highly recommend it for cuban food. Very cuban food. Very friendly personel. Nice flavor. We recommend what we had ( ropa vieja, croquetas, white rice and black beans, yuca frita, and salmon). Very good prices compared with the restaurants close to Clifton Hill. We expended almost the same price, like breakfast today.
They have one record guissines (the biggest mojito in the world).

What a gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff were upbeat, friendly, and welcoming. They took the time to walk us through the menu, explaining some of the items we weren’t familiar with, which made the experience even better.
The food came out fast, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the authenticity and freshness in every bite. We only wish we could have stayed longer to try some of the amazing drinks on their cocktail menu, definitely saving that for next time!
Can’t wait to come back. If you're looking for a warm atmosphere, genuine hospitality, and true Cuban flavor, this is the place to be.

An amazing place to get fantastic food, incredible and personable service, with a flawless atmosphere for having a date night or going out with a group of friends/family. The Cuban music and staff make me feel like I'm in the middle of Havana. I will always keep coming back here with my wife!!

I spend my birthday here and i couldn't choosing better place ??? so happy and good vibes. I feel home ? The food was so much i couldn't ate any more. Excellent lunch next day ? food was like my grandma cooking ? Real taste. Everything is fresh and make from the scratch ? to my opinion is the best cuban restaurant in ontario ? the environment is awsome ? feel so much like home . the happiness, the services, the music. Everything is home ???? the owner did a excellent job there. Well done ???? proud to be cuba ??

Came across this place from a friend in Niagara Falls, who suggested we go for a Mojito and Mango Margaritas, Which turned into a couple of Appetizers.
Atmosphere is on point as well as music with dance floor.
Staff was friendly and pleasant even helping us practice The lil Spanish we knew.

I loved everything from the atmosphere to the food. I visited it on my return to Toronto from Buffalo and believe me, gentlemen, I was surprised by the authentic Cuban flavor in all the dishes, including the cumin point in the congress.
I congratulate you for everything and I recommend it to all Cubans and non-Cubans who want to try Cuban food

Havana Restaurant offers authentic Cuban cuisine with delicious dishes and great drinks. The service is excellent, and show nights provide added entertainment. The inviting atmosphere makes for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!!!

I loved this place, but it was so disappointing that the day they won Guinness book of records biggest mojito, at the after party later that night, the same drink (vodka cran) that I would previously get other times in a large circular glass for $8.50 before tip, was then put in a tiny glass. I can only assume it’s to cut costs because they spent so much on the alcohol and ingredients to put in the Guinness book of records mojito. Really unfair to then seemingly cheap out on people’s drinks later. $8.50 before tip isn’t cheap and normally the higher price is due/justifiable to them being in a substantially larger glass. Looks like they got tiny cheap glasses for the after party only to charge people the same. ?

Edited to add: I have only ever been served in the circular “tall” glass. I appreciate the response but I was never given a tiny glass prior - so to me that was new and not normal. An employee also told my friend that she was able to use her purchased tickets later on for drinks, but that was not the case. If we had known we would have filled our drink tickets ahead of time. While it’s the choice of those who go, $7.50 and $8.50 with tip is still pretty unnecessarily expensive for a regular small vodka cran.
