Booked this restaurant for a birthday.
Had a reservation, but the hostess didn't seem to know or care about it.
They weren't able to split a meal among two people- had to do it ourselves.
We ordered the Cobb salad and fettuccine bolognese.
Salad was okay. Had alot of big pieces of lettuce that were the size of my hand.
The fettuccine, seemed like it was just dumped out of a can and never warmed up. Probably won't be back.

Went for dinner, ordered, received food and drinks, never saw our server again. Really sucks because the band sounded good and we were going to stay and have some cocktails. Nobody ever checked to see if our food was ok, if we needed refills on our sodas (we did) we had to track someone down to pay our tab. Should’ve just had a slice of pizza from the food court.

The meatloaf with mash potatotes and peas is good! And the chocolate cake (I don't remember the actual name because someone else ordered it and shared it) was yummy, too!

We were there on a Friday night after a concert and the live music is what drew us in. The band was called Four Ounce Pour and they were great. We just had drinks and service was relatively good. We returned Saturday for a drink and dessert. We had the coconut cream pie which was stale and flavourless. I ordered a latte which came in an espressos sized cup. I had to ask for a spoon and sugar and we weren't even given napkins. We sat with empty drinks in front of us for 45 min before we finally flagged our server down for our bill. Then after another 20 min I got up and asked her again for our bill. We did not leave happy. Our server seemed disinterested. The band on the second night was a Groove Trio and they were great too. Atmosphere is great and the live music is a huge bonus. We would return for the lively atmosphere but certainly hope for a better overall experience.

I saw this restaurant and decided to try it out as I always went to Famous which used to be at the same location. Ordered the ribeye for two and waited for about an hour for my order. Which wasn't cooked as ordered, burnt mushrooms came with the order. I definitely will not be dining at this establishment again

Tried a breakfast/brunch item and was very impressed with the quality. Not sure if they knew i was European but they brought out what appeared to be a Kielbasa sausage next to my eggs...absolutely delicious. And no pre frozen hash browns for the side...deliciously boiled and lightly seasoned potatoes that had me wanting more. If the casino wasn't calling my name I was going to ask for seconds!!

Portion were small, $109 for 2 sandwiches with mediocre fries & a burger with a side ceasar salad & 2 ice teas is an outrageous price. The live music was deafening & the waitress got visibly annoyed when I told her I couldn't hear her because the music was too loud. The whole experience was terrible.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I had a terrible experience at Lucky’s Restaurant at Fallsview Casino. It’s a shame because it’s such a beautiful restaurant, but the food and service just don’t live up to the atmosphere. The service was slow and inattentive, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food was overpriced and disappointing—the fish and chips were super greasy, making them almost inedible, and the so-called “smash burger” was by no means a smash burger—it was just a regular, poorly made burger that tasted disgusting. For the price, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

Not sure about the food because I didn’t even have a chances to try it. Sitting there for 20 min and no servicer came. Asking for 2 time and still no servicer to come.

Bob and staff provide excellent customer care. The meatloaf is our fave. The gourmet homemade coconut cream pie is heavenly and a must-have each visit!!! Intimate music bands play in the evening on weekends and are fantastic in their performance.
