If you have dietary issues (for me, multiple severe food allergies), the Keg is the place to go. The ability to list them ahead of time on the OT app as well as the Keg's diligence in following up (including the Manager) was very impressive! Food was delicious and safe for me!!
We went with our children to the keg last night for dinner. We have a nine month old and a five-year-old. I ordered a top sirloin medium ware, and it came out closer to medium well. However, the manager used this situation to improve our overall experience. He was very courteous and ensured that I received a new steak done to my liking. The service was outstanding. I applaud the restaurant for turning a situation that could've been negative into a 5/5 experience.
