Slow service even when not full ,with the same old bar food

Made a reservation and had to stand there and wait for 15 minutes booth wasn't reserved! Took forever for a waitress! Once we got our food it was Luke warm and club had no mayonnaise on it at all!

New menu, so I expected the prices to be higher but I ordered my regular and same prices...staff is wonderful..food is always good...

Good portion of food, friend chicken wrap is good.

We got our reserved table quickly, food was ok but service could have been better. At first we barely seen our waitress but then she left and we got a waiter who made us feel like we were being rushed. When we asked for more drinks he almost seemed annoyed. We where there to watch the hockey game but ended up leaving and going elsewhere due to feeling like we were taking to long at our table.

My wife and I ate here 2-3 weeks ago and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. This reservation (Feb 28) was for our 41 year anniversary and started out great. We were seated right away and our server came and took our drink order immediately and then everything went south. We ordered onion rings t o share as an appetizer but it arrived with our entree's. My wife had a caesar salad which took over an hour to arrive at the table. She asked for an extra dressing on the side and never recieved it. The dressing that was on the caesar salad was not caesar dressing and tasted like a spicy dipping sauce of some kind. We attempted to find our server or flag down another but could not and gave up. I had a french onion soup which was ok but had too much cheese , and a turkey club sandwhich. The fries that came with it were not made fresh or possibly sat under a heat lamp for the hour we waited for the salad? They were not edible. By this time I was just fed up with the whole experience and we decided to just leave. The server came and cleared our plates and did not say a word about the fries still on the plate and only a half eaten sandwhich. My wife's salad was still 3/4 full and not a word. Instead of how were your meals (there was no check back during the meal) we got "need a machine?" Our server that greeted us initially we never saw through the night until we were leaving. A hostess brought our drinks, a different server brought our meals, and our server never came back again until it was time to pay the bill. I am a retired restaurant business consultant and executive in the industry. We chose a pub style atmosphere because we had planned on going to the casino and were going to the Keg the next night. We expected it to be busy and expected it to be a casual type service however, what we did recieve was unacceptable. Not impressed and won't be back. Too bad because you have a cornered market. Great experience Sunday early evening. Our polite hard-working Server looked after many customers during this visit and efficiently took our oder; the meal came to our table exactly as ordered. Super delicious schnitzel meal which we shared. We were pressed for time due to a concert to get to that same evening. The Staff did an amazing job getting our meal on the table in a timely manner. The turkey dinner was not very good,. Quality was poor and quantity was minimal. We actually had to go eat out again as there was not enough food.

From the moment we arrived, Hostess was pleasant and very friendly. Our server, Selena, was excellent and very friendly. We had great prime rib, ordered medium well, it was not cooked well enough. Found the prime rib tough. Likely will not order again. Merry Christmas

Sometimes you have been gambling with the fellas and need to smash some fried food. But honestly, for a casino sports bar, the service was lovely even though we came 45 minutes before close, the spinach dip was actually kind of delicious, and the rings were slamming. You can do a heck of a lot worse than this.

Our waitress was fantastic but they were totally understaffed so we ended up waiting a very long time for our food. The casino should do better

The prime rib offered prior to OLG show was not bad. Worth the money with a cheese cake as dessert. The restaurant has booth sitting. Causal and comfortable.
