Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant

We had an amazing experience with an incredible view by the windows overlooking the falls. Top notch service with friendly staff and high quality dishes. Will return.

The food was the best Italian I have had outside of Italy. I had gnocchi and my companion had the Bolognese. Both dishes were excellent. Service was great and the view of the falls spectacular.

Debbie our waitress was great. My dinner was delicious. I can't speak for our company, although they were not completely satisfied with their dinner.

Went for one of his tastes of italy, It was a great night and dinner, got too meet massimo himself, food was amazing, sat beside a nice couple,wine pairings were really well done too Definitely recommended

We decided to try Massimo's after reading some reviews. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was a lovely evening. Great staff, wonderful food. They have a great view and quiet atmosphere. We would definitely dine here again when we're in town.

We flew into Buffalo and had a late reservation an 830 reservation for dinner. Reservations were open until 9pm. We asked for a view of the Falls and was given a table at the window with a view. Unfortunately it was in the bar area. After sitting there, I realized a table in the dining area with a view but not at the window. The food average for a hotel restaurant, with the exception of the lamb chops my husband ordered. He asked for a medium rare cook and after 30 minutes it came out well done and inedible. Since it was nearly 9, the kitchen made a pasta dish, which for an Italian restaurant was not good. It was dry and clumpy. I ordered a grilled char over lobster risotto which was good. View of the falls is amazing! The food was excellent which I wasn't expecting in a tourist area. Our server, Natasha, was delightful!

Everything was fantastic! The food exceeded my expectations, and the service was just as fantastic!

We were so disappointed. We love Italian food & were looking forward to this being one more great experience in our visit to Niagara Falls. However the food was not even up to a 1 star review. I don't know if it was an off night for the chef, but with our experience we can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only bright spot in our visit was our wonderful waitress Cadence. Also, in choosing this restaurant we viewed the menu & were again disappointed to be told that the online menu is incorrect and doesn't get updated often.

Service was slow; had to ask for an additional plate 3 times to split a salad, food was ok...

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very inviting. We had reservations for window seats and the view was just perfect. The wait staff was very personable and always had a smile.

Food was mediocre. Presentation was very nice. Charged for a second cup of coffee and was charged twice for coffee. Unheard of to do that. We ordered dessert and our anniversary was not recognized. Would not recommend this restaurant.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Massimo's in celebration of our first wedding anniversary! The staff were very kind, attentive, and professional. The restaurant was very clean and well laid out. The food was fabulous and well portioned. We got the Mushroom Arancini for an appetizer and it was delicious! The focaccia bread they serve you was some of the best focaccia I've ever had. We ordered gnocchi and cavatelli pasta dishes and they were very good, full of great flavor! They were nice to also bring us a very tasty lady fingers dessert on the house in celebration of our anniversary, which we appreciated! We would recommend dining in the evening 9pm or later and paying the fee to guarantee a window table so that you can watch the fireworks at 10pm from the restaurant if in town during fireworks season. The view of the fireworks was unbeatable from indoors! I would highly recommend dining here if willing to spend a little more on dining out!
