Before we came to Canada, we always went to a small restaurant ran by a couple from Spain in our city. Their Paella was amazing. For years I miss it.
I am glad I found Hanna’s Medalla in Niagara Falls. She made the best seafood Paella in town. It reminds me of the small Spanish restaurant in my city. The creamy texture, the delicious seafood sauce, and the shrimps! Perfect!
If you are a rice lover, you should try Hanna’s Paella. ?

I hired her for a milestone birthday dinner for 21 people. Not only was the food amazing, but she was so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process.
She was very accommodating regarding allergies and food restrictions, and she was very flexible when our number of attendees changed. I would absolutely recommend her services if you're looking for a great meal and an amazing chef to work with!

I met Hannah Grace at Leslieville flea outdoor market. I was thoroughly impressed with their set up and marketing, but the food was better than I could have expected. When I told her I am vegan, the next market they showed up with an incredible vegan option for me. Most vegan options from non-vegan caterers are subpar at best, but Hannah's option was out of this world, kept me coming back for me. Highly recommend!!!
