I reached out to Hannah to help us celebrate the completion of the Niagara Takes Flight project with a special brunch—and I’m so glad I did.

From the very beginning, Hannah was a joy to work with. She’s warm, thoughtful, and incredibly talented. If I had to describe her in one word, it would be lovely—not just for who she is, but for the food she creates. You can feel the love in every dish she prepares. The meal she put together for us was nothing short of amazing.

A group of us who worked on the latest attraction Niagara Takes Flight for NPC wanted to celebrate all of the hard work and dedication that went into completing the project.
Hannah put the same level of research, authenticity, hard work and dedication into preparing a lovely and delicious celebratory meal for our working group.
Every ingredient had its place on the table or in a dish. Local ingredients and cultural specialties, we ate well.
Hannah’s talents and amazing cuisine was the perfect send off. We had so much food leftover that we even sent all our working group members home with dishes to share with their families.
If you are looking for a private chef who takes the time to research local dishes, use the freshest local ingredients, cooks with an abundance of flavour and is simply a lovely person to be around, then hire Hannah! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely obsessed with our catering experience for the bachelorette weekend! Hannah went above and beyond! The food was insanely delicious, the presentation was stunning, and the whole vibe made it feel so special. It ended up being the highlight of the entire weekend! Could not recommend more. 1000% would book again!

Hanna Grace catered my mom’s 80th birthday dinner for 10 at a rental house in Niagara on the Lake. She was a dream to work with from afar in planning the menu. The day of the event, she arrived and immediately got to work in the most professional manner while retaining the same warmth and easy to work with manner that I had experienced during the planning process. We started with appetizers - a beautiful charcuterie board with her own tomato jam. From there, we sat down and the dishes from first bite to last were absolutely delicious. She made everything we agreed upon and much much more. There were sides and sauces that we didn’t know were coming and each thing was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Not only that, the quantity was abundantly plentiful. We arranged food for 10 but could have fed twice that many. She was incredibly generous with her portions. She also provided flowers to make the event beautiful which I did not expect but was such a thoughtful touch. Despite working with less than ideal conditions in our rental kitchen and on the grill on a very warm July afternoon and evening she remained warm and friendly to our party. I can not recommend her highly enough. My only regret is that I don’t live here and can’t plan another event with her!

Having Hannah Grace prepare dinner for my best friend’s bachelorette party was an absolute highlight of our weekend in Niagara-on-the-Lake. She is the sweetest person and was so wonderful to work with while selecting the menu beforehand to ensure everything was just right. The night of, she brought so much kindness and joy and made the whole experience so fun. Every dish she prepared was absolutely delicious—we enjoyed an incredible meal, and she went above and beyond with every detail to make sure everything was perfect. I would book with her again in a heartbeat and hope I get the chance to do so!

Wow!! Wow!! Hannah came to cook and serve for us for a bachelorette dinner and she was so amazing!! Not only did she cook probably some of the best seafood that I ever had but she was knowledgeable, she brought and prepared all the food in a timely manner, she had surprise dishes that were from her, her plating looks so beautiful and delicious, but she also washed and put away all the dishes, the kitchen looked cleaner when she left and she packed up all the extra food in the fridge for us for leftovers. She was so kind, funny, entertaining and down to earth, explaining every dish and what was in it and her inspiration. Thankyou Hannah!! Highly recommend!!
