My husband and I went here for the first time, to celebrate my birthday. We were quite excited to try a different place. The ambiance was nice. It was very quiet the entire time, only us and 2 other tables. Our server (Sterling I think her name was) was ok. Told her it was our first time there, but never mentioned my birthday, (although I had added that in my reservation notes). No mention was ever made of my birthday, which was disappointing. What a wonderful meal we had at Sandstone. To start us off the calamari and shrimp, were enjoyable as well as our salads. The salmon was cooked to perfection as was the steak. To end our evening we ordered cheesecake and took it with us. We weren’t disappointed. Sterling took wonderful care of us. If you have an opportunity to have a distinguished gentleman come over to check on your meal, he’s the owner who rolls up his sleeves to help out. Thanks again.

We went to this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Our server, Montana, greeted us and congratulated us on our anniversary. She was very friendly, and answered all our questions, including her recommendations for dessert. My wife and I had a short friendly conversation after dinner and she made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The food portion was more than enough.
