Beautiful place and an amazing server, Tawnia!!! She gave us spot-on recommendations and helped us choose dishes that perfectly matched my vegetarian preferences. Special thanks for the chocolate cake — it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant with my husband, and we absolutely loved it.
The food was excellent. Our server, Linda, was the best — honestly, one of the best servers we’ve ever had in Canada. She was incredibly friendly, kind, attentive to every detail, very professional, and genuinely caring.
We truly enjoyed our meal, and the view from the window was beautiful.
I would 100% recommend this place.
It’s a beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious, and the bread deserves a special mention — it’s clearly one of their signature items and absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s absolutely worth it.
Thank you so much, Linda, for making our time at your restaurant so enjoyable. We truly appreciate it — thank you!

If you are looking to add on a side to your dish - be expected to pay upwards of $34 per side

Food is overpriced for the quality. It is unfortunate because the view is nice and the staff were great.

New Year’s Eve dinner, ordered 4 medium rear steak and turn out to be like “pan fire beef chuck” prepared by my kid. Can’t believe these can be served in Morton Steak House. May be Chef off duty? not sure what’s wrong?

Family of five including 3 older children. Only 3 servers in entire restaurant. Waiter took our order and never saw him again except when we stopped him. My steak was prepared incorrectly and he never checked. I ate half and when he came to clear the plates I told him. He then told him I should of mentioned it when he came by. What? He never stopped after I got my steak. We stayed and paid $500 for this meal and nobody even offered any apology. Very disappointing

The experience was not what I had expected. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my husband. We had early reservations at 6:30. They charge for a window seat $15 per person I thought that was a turn off while others got the same seats for no extra charge. If you're charging for window Fallsview seats they should all have a fee. My husband loves his appetizer oysters and they ran out, which was another negative issue. The food is expensive already and to know the are practically forcing people for hefty tips, Afterwards it's ridiculous as they are looking right over your shoulders using the excuse they are there if you need help. I think I know how to pay my bill. The waitress was nice trying really hard to get a good review, I get it and did appreciate her service and knowledge. Well she got a good tip like 65 bucks the biggest tip I've ever left after a dinner and trust me I felt obligated. I won't be back, prices are just going up and customer service is going downwards

We chose Morton's Grille because we had purchased the dinner package during our stay. I wouldn't recommend this package, as the $50 voucher requires the purchase of two entrées to use it. Since most entrées are priced over $40, it doesn't really offer much value—you may as well just pay full price. The restaurant wasn't very busy that day, so the slow service was somewhat understandable, but it was noticeably slow and not particularly friendly. We may be accustomed to a different level of service, as we're used to what's typically offered in Toronto, but we did notice a general difference in service throughout Niagara. Overall, it felt impersonal and very role-oriented. In fact, over the two days we were there, we only encountered two servers who were genuinely friendly and warm—one during breakfast at Morton's and another at the Niagara Distillery. As for the food, it was decent. The fries and salmon were good, but for the price we paid, I probably wouldn't return. The cocktails, however, were definitely very good.

Attended for a date night and retirement celebration. Food was excellent, the ambiance was welcoming, Michael was engaging and knowledgeable and the service was excellent. Great view of the Falls.
