Morton's Grille Niagara Falls

The steak was good. The other food was ok. The service was horrendous. I would not recommend. Ruth Chris Steakhouse would be a better choice.

The food is not exceptional snd prices are high. I would not recommend nor will I seek another Morton's for future occasions.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the service is impeccable, food was delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is so inviting especially with the Niagara falls view. We're happy and satisfied with our dinner.

I ordered a ribeye and they bought me the wrong steak. They finally came back to my table oh yes this is not a ribeye. They took it away and brought my steak back 20 minutes later and my husband had already finished his meal everything was cold. All they did was apologize terrible service and way priced. We paid over $60 in tax.

Had our anniversary dinner here while staying at the Marriott Niagara Falls. Girlfriend became very ill the next day from food poisoning. She has tried to contact restaurant a couple times via website and yelp.
No response. Doctor and patient suspect the lobster bisque as the culprit. Did not eat anything before or after.We both had steak also which was great. Put a damper on our vacation and was disappointed with the lack of customer service or response. Lost a day and a half of our vacation and the cost of urgent care and medications.

Skip paying for a window seat. Our view of the falls was blocked by trees. Ordered medium rare filet, came way over cooked. Be aware of very high tourism and other taxes. Our bill included $60 extra for taxes. Not worth it in my opinion.

We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Morton’s Niagara Falls! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Our waitress, Cindy, was incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel celebrated. Somehow, she even figured out it was our anniversary and surprised us with a delicious key lime pie to finish the meal.

Every detail was perfect. The food was outstanding, the service exceptional, and the atmosphere elegant yet comfortable. Thank you, Cindy and the Morton’s team, for making our evening so special. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Niagara Falls!

It is wonderful time for me and my family.
Especially Ashley's serving is perfect. She is very kind and warm and ask everything to us. I hope to visit here and served by her again.
