We were three separate groups of six (18 people total), and the restaurant knew in advance that we were coming. Still, nothing was prepared and the experience felt completely disorganized from the start. One server was assigned to the entire group — and while it's clear he truly tried his best, one person simply cannot take orders, pour drinks, deliver food, and run back and forth to the kitchen alone. This is not a casual fast-food place — it's a restaurant inside a Marriott hotel, and the level of service should reflect that. Management was noticeably absent. The manager showed up for just a few minutes and didn't offer any help or support. If the staff is overwhelmed, shouldn't the manager step in? That's literally what leadership is for. And then — the final straw: They don't accept cash. Half of our group only had cash and there was no warning, signs, or communication about this policy beforehand. As a result, it took nearly 40 minutes just to pay the bill. Completely unacceptable. Between the slow service, the chaos, the lack of support for staff, and the payment frustration, the evening was stressful instead of enjoyable. Serious advice: If you can't properly handle large group reservations, don't accept them — or provide enough staff to do so. Management urgently needs improvement. The server did what he could — the problem is everything above him.

Leeza, and the whole staff at Morton's Grille at Niagara Fallsview... this was the best 27th Anniversary we could have ever imagined. We knew that there was no other hotel we would be at, but this dining team went above our expectations. Thank you for lifetime memories, Tod and Joanne❤️❤️

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there. Leesa was our waitress, she was amazing, couldn't do enough for us. Even took our picture in front of the falls. I had the Cajun Ribeye, a little expensive, but it was amazing. Wife had the steak salad, which she really enjoyed. It was a perfect anniversary dinner

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary with a dinner overlooking the falls, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our server, Desiree, was an absolute delight - attentive, warm, and genuinely one of the best servers we've had in quite some time. She checked in regularly, shared a few great laughs with us, and somehow picked up on the fact that we were celebrating. She surprised us with a key lime pie, which was not only delicious but is now officially my girlfriend's new favourite dessert. The food was lovely as well. We shared the lobster ravioli with braised beef and the crispy shrimp. The shrimp were impressively large definitely above the usual - could've been a bitt more crispy- and the ravioli was creamy, flavourful, and something I'd happily order again. I wouldn't have minded a bit more music in the background, but I truly appreciated the secluded spot we were seated in. It made conversation easy and intimate without ever needing to raise our voices. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for a delightful dinner and I'd return in a heartbeat just to be served by Desiree again! :)

Really great service and as expected very good steaks. A bottle of Cabernet from Canadian winery Foreign Affairs was very nice and the lava cake dessert was delicious. I have to also highly recommend the Old Fashion cocktail made with Canadian whiskey from Forty Creek. The view of the Falls added to the experience.

The steak was good. The other food was ok. The service was horrendous. I would not recommend. Ruth Chris Steakhouse would be a better choice.

The food is not exceptional snd prices are high. I would not recommend nor will I seek another Morton's for future occasions.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the service is impeccable, food was delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is so inviting especially with the Niagara falls view. We're happy and satisfied with our dinner.

I ordered a ribeye and they bought me the wrong steak. They finally came back to my table oh yes this is not a ribeye. They took it away and brought my steak back 20 minutes later and my husband had already finished his meal everything was cold. All they did was apologize terrible service and way priced. We paid over $60 in tax.

Had our anniversary dinner here while staying at the Marriott Niagara Falls. Girlfriend became very ill the next day from food poisoning. She has tried to contact restaurant a couple times via website and yelp.
No response. Doctor and patient suspect the lobster bisque as the culprit. Did not eat anything before or after. We both had steak also which was great. Put a damper on our vacation and was disappointed with the lack of customer service or response. Lost a day and a half of our vacation and the cost of urgent care and medications.

Dinner at Morton’s was a pleasure, especially with our server Tawnia. She was professional yet personable and fun, a credit to the company. All five of us enjoyed our meals, filets, and lobster raviolis!
