I'll just start off with the starters were amazing, we got the beef carpaccio. Definitely would recommend that dish. The view would've been okay, had we realized that there was paid window seating. The table that we were seated at was very wobbly. We did ask to switch tables, although what do you know, the other table they offered was just as bad. The service was really slow. We asked for a balsamic dressing. Our waiter must've walked past our table half a dozen times over the course of the next 25 mins. Took probably 30 mins to get the dressing. I understand it was pretty busy, but 30 mins for some dressing!? Main course was okay but the steak was very chewy for a 100$ steak
We had a great dinner for Valentine's Day. The food was amazing and Alvin, our server was top notch. We will definitely return if we ever go back and visit Ontario!
Exceptional. Top rate. Amazing ambience. The staff were excellent. I'd recommend it over and over again. We will return no doubt!!!
I ordered meat and stuffed potatoes. Frankly, the dishes were seasoned with "spices and salt." Even though I ordered medium meat, it was very dry. The stuffed potatoes were a complete disaster; they only contained cheese and tiny bits of fryed pork (i think it was pork). It's a restaurant with inflated prices just because of its location. I wouldn't recommend it, not would I go back. For those who don't know, you pay an extra fee per person for a window seat. In short, the restaurant owner has found a way to get free money from customers. Our waiter was wonderful. I think we only thank our waiter for her polite, sincere, and beautiful service.
Great service, food and ambience. Add the view of the falls, it was a wonderful experience.
Recently went to Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse in Vancouver and had the same appetizer, sides and Kobe steak. Ramsay's was far better for each item and $150 less for two people. An hour to get drinks, bread and place our order. View of the falls helped to up the rating to good.
Salmon was tasteless and potatoes were undercooked and very plain. I can prepare much tastier meals. The brussel sprouts I ordered were the best part of the meal. Meal was Way overpriced for what I got. Our server was good-a little slow... and the manager was not very accommodating with menu changes. I just expected a lot more from a restaurant like this. Would not return.
We had a wonderful time. Food was excellent. Only disappointment was the place was empty. That really changed the vibe of the place. Our server was great and the food was really awesome.
Service and ambiance was good. Medium rare steaks were a bit over more medium than preferred although most was somewhat edible. Server handled it well and management did compensate. But given restaurant rating and price, was disappointed.
Had an amazing dining experience, amazing ambiance and our server Sara was absolutely amazing!!!! Enjoyed a great meal watching the falls. A definate venue you'll never be disappointed......well done staff!! We will certainly be back on our next trip in February 2026.

The food and service was outstanding. Our food was so delicious and our waiter was outstanding.
The steak was delicious but the frites seemed like McCain's frozen French fries. The quality of food , wasn't quite worth the cost, but if the ambience and the view are more important to you than it would be worth it. The service was excellent and our waitress was very friendly.
Our waiter James was awesome very friendly, knowledge of the menu and attentive during our meal. The food was exceptional. Steaks seasoned and cooked perfectly. Sides large enough to share. Only down side if there was any was the price. Hands down one of the most expensive meals I ever had.
Prime Steakhouse is a premier restaurant for the perfect romantic experience. The food, service and ambiance creates a memorable evening. Oh and looking over the Falls just adds to the perfect experience.
We liked the atmosphere. Dark and cozy. Service was excellent. Sara our server was very attentive. The app we had was a bit disappointing. We had the special which was deep fried burrata. It was cold, both the burrata and the sauce. If it was warm would have tasted so good. The tenderloin we had for the main, was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Overall food very good. A word of advice, don't pay extra for the guaranteed view of the falls. You can get a seat at the restaurant near the window if you go early. And, the hotel is not that close to the falls and with all the mist/fog, you can't see the falls that well. Not worth the extra money.
