Busy but good service. Great job Kyle. Cost was no more than dinner back home. Beer was good, took a sixer back to the room. Live music was great too.

The bartender was not so friendly downstairs but Brodie upstairs made it absolutely amazing! Next time we come back we will definitely come see him!

Food is pre-packaged crap. Applebees quality at best. They brag about having award winning beer...not sure how their beer won any awardz.Their hazy IPA tasted like a poor quality lager. Their lager was Labatt at best. Trash beer

We bought some canned beers to drink at the store. Tourists after all, we weren't very familiar with Canadian laws and regulations. Instead of guiding us and offering us options, they simply kicked us out of the store in the most hostile way. Perhaps due to racism toward Latinos or simply poor customer service. I don't recommend it.

Service, food, and drink were awesome. The live music is nice but a bit too loud for normal conversation.

Their food was acceptable, but their service was terrible, my family was waiting for someone for seating at the front for five minutes, but no one cared of us, I even had to ask help to employee in the kitchen. She said sorry but the situation was same for another a few minutes. This pub’s owner needs to know about their employee how they are doing.

I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan during my recent visit to Niagara Brewing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service. From the moment we were seated, Ryan made sure we felt welcome and comfortable, providing excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional, and he took the time to explain the different beers, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Ryan was friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and ensured our glasses were never empty. His positive attitude and enthusiasm really added to the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere at the brewery. Overall, I had a fantastic experience thanks to Ryan's top-notch service. I'll definitely be back and hope to be seated in his section again!
