As a local, I was charged the "Local Fee" in addition to the "Resort Fee". I showed photo ID, as I had done at every business for the last thirty years, which has always wiped this fee. We pay this in our taxes already. The manager was an absolutely repugnant human being who seemed to enjoy the fact that they were swiping an extra petty forty dollars from a local. All I wanted was an explanation, and all I got was attitude. Will NEVER come here again, and will happily bring my money to another establishment.

Great location and view from our window, The downside is they are poorly staffed, mainly in the most important place, the front desk/management area. We got checked in fine, went about our day, made our way back to the room and our key did not work. It was 9:30 pm and our kids were ready to pass out. So I left my family in the hall and made my way down to the lobby. There was one person working with two trainees looking over their shoulder, and a long line of people. The last family in line was experiencing the same issue as me. I looked around to try to find anyone else I could ask for help, I found one guy a short distance away. I told him my issue and informed him that another family was having the same issue. He just told me to get in line. When I told him I was already checked in he backed away from me slowly and disappeared through a door! So I had to wait in line a good 20-30 minutes. By the time the other family and I got to the from of the line another person came out to help. We explained the issue we were having, she had no explanation and just made us new keys. The other family continued to press for an answer, none was given. By the time I left to go back up the other family was back again, keys still weren't working. After they initially left I spoke to the same woman about the lack of help, she asked If I wanted to speak to a manager. I took her up on her offer. She returned with the guy who disappeared on me! His name is Austin Reid. At no point was he apologetic, helpful or exerted an iota of effort to help us. I wouldn't let this guy manage a fish bowl. Absolutely useless. Over the next couple of days I witnessed the front desk area poorly staffed. If I had any questions I had to call from the room. Trying to speak to a human by the front desk area would mean waiting in a long line to speak to one of the one or two people available. A place of this stature and location should get some better staff to be their face to the public, not people who literally disappear when asked a question.

Our room was a double queen deluxe fallsview on the 20th floor and it was perfect. We had a patio door and the view was stunning. Our stay was made a ls comfortable as could be, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is situated within good walking distance from all local attractions. There is a Starbucks at the side of the hotel foyer and a gift shop. Don't forget Sweet Jesus! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHERATON!

We were unlucky enough to stay at this Sheraton! From the moment we checked in our experience went from bad to worse. Our rooms ( yes there were more than one ) were not clean. The lack of cleanliness ranged from stains, hair ( both upstairs and downstairs hair) in and on bedding and bathroom, clothing tags from previous occupants and ( saving best until last ) a used Band-Aid next to the bed. Photos taken to verify our claims. This ALLEGED PREMIUM HOTEL was an absolute pigsty! We were OVERCHARGED to add insult to injury, which took a number of days to have reversed.

We booked this hotel as part of a package with Virgin Holidays as a surprise trip for our husbands 60th birthdays. It was wonderful!! The hotel gave us complimentary upgraded rooms overlooking the falls - fantastic!! We were also treated to birthday cake and chocolate dipped strawberries! The rooms were big, the beds were really comfortable, and everything was perfect. BUT WORD OF WARNING. DO NOT DO JUST A KEY DROP WHEN CHECKING OUT!! Make sure that you take the time to check out at the desk. After returning home we found a charge on our credit cards for $381.71, when we were only expecting a resort fee charge of $36.04!! The hotel had been pre paid by Virgin Holidays. I have now sent 10 emails and have had replies from Samantha and Ashley, who have admitted the hotel has made an error, and have agreed to a refund. I keep being told the refund will take 10 - 14 days to reach my account. It has now been 21 days and still no refund. BE WARNED!! A wonderful trip has now been completely spoiled by this ongoing headache.

I booked this hotel way ahead of time but the manager Adrian ruined our booking, not only he screwed up our booking, he reinstated it in a way of higher price than the original room I’ve booked but also without the fireplace, whirlpool & high floors in my original booking & fyi I stayed here 3-4xs a year & the manager of their elite member lounge already know me & as a platinum elite member, I’m very disappointed to say the least. If that manager Adrian hate his job just quit, his really hostile over the phone & he didn’t even apologise for the mistake he did to us. Our all entire Anniversary plan was ruined because of this so called manager. Marriott should compensate us for that & fire this Adrian of Sheraton Niagara Fallsview Hotel. 0⭐️ if I can rate this hotel.

This hotel is approximately a 20-25min walk from the Bus Terminal if you are catching the MegaBus into town. If you are taking this and you have a suitcase, you’ll need transport from the bus terminal. If you have a backpack, the walk is fine even with snow on the ground. This hotel is ridiculously busy. There were people everywhere and I mean everywhere. It made for so much noise and congestion. There wasn’t any chance of an early check in due to the sheer volume of people coming in/out. Staff did however allow me to pre-check in to save time when my room did become available. I was able to check my luggage with the concierge until my room was ready. However I couldn’t find the concierge because he wasn’t at the concierge desk. He was meandering around a isolated desk near checkin. This made it really hard to work out who I needed to speak to. I eventually got to my room and it was worth it. I paid for a Fallsview and it didn’t disappoint the room was neat, tidy and quiet. The hotel is in close proximity to Clifton Hill which is basically an amusement street for kids entertainment & has a Vegas vibe about it.

Booked some rooms at Sheraton on January 13th 2023. Was able to secure a couple of rooms and then got disconnected. Called back to a new agent. She couldn’t find my rooms or rate that I was just quoted in the system.. so I have her the confirmation number I got from the last against. She booked the rest of my rooms. I was emailed all my confirmations, the confirmations made no mention of the rate code or my company rate discount I quoted, just to room type and costs. On Jan 27 I received a letter regarding the reservation and that they were made in the wrong room block and that they were cancelling and rebooking them for me. This was totally fine, they cancelled them all and rebooked and emailed me confirmations for each of those changes. On March 13th I called to find out the parking fees, I gave them the booking number for one of the rooms and they looked it up and said I was booked with “Canadian Franchise Association’. I advised them I am not with that company or even know what that company is. They said they would pass the reservations onto management to correct the error. Last week I got a letter for Elaine in Case Resolution saying they were canceling all my rooms and I could book with my government rate at the hotel but that they are now at sell out prices and the rates are not the same as they were on Jan 13th when I originally booked. My reply was that this is unfair as none of the errors were not on my part and I’d like the government rate I was tying to book that would have been available on January 13th. I keep emailing and have gotten no further response. I need these rooms back and I do not believe it’s acceptable to cancel my rooms (no email confirmation that they were cancelled even) and expect me to pay the rates that are so much higher then when I advance planned the stay.

A great place to enjoy a Canadian staycation. Very guest-friendly staff members, especially Prabhjoi and Vesna at the elite guest club cafe on the 16fh - made my family very welcome. Offers great views of the Niagara Falls (both American and Canadian) and surrounding area.

We stayed at this hotel on March 4th-5th for my daughters 4th birthday and had 20 guests stay with us at this hotel in separate rooms as well. All guests loved their rooms and their experience which was a plus for my husband and I since we organized everything. We loved that the waterpark was connected so didn’t have to worry about kids getting cold and uncomfortable. Everything was great, from the beautiful room with the amazing view of both falls (we stayed on the 18th floor) the breakfast was 10/10! For 18 people we paid roughly around $700 but well worth it with no complaints. Had hot and cold breakfast items. Absolutely loved the omelette station. Everything was fresh and so delicious. Our waitress was awesome, she brought cake to our table and had our Daughter blow out a candle for her birthday making her feel extra special. We also got souvenir glasses for each of our guest from our waitress which was a nice gesture and reminder of the great time we had, all kids had their special take home gift as well. Check in was effortless as well as check out. All Staff were super friendly and helpful with how to get around. We will definitely be coming back here. Elevators were not that bad, had to wait for 5 mins tops…have to understand people are going with big groups and families since it’s a tourist destination. Thank you Sheraton Fallsview for an amazing time and making our 4 year olds birthday one she and her cousins will forever remember!

We stayed in Sharaton Niagara falls hotel on Nov 18 2022. Hotel was booked by my wife to celebrate my birthday. We met Shivam Patel at reception counter at time of check in. Shivam is an asset to this hotel and organization. He welcomed us with nice smile and treated us as valuable guests. He gave us lots of good information regarding hotel and surrounding. Shivam made our stay most comfortable and unique. We will come this hotel again and again and will refer to our family and friends.

Niagara Falls in winter is beautiful and no crowds. I stayed at Sheraton fallsview hotel , room - Fallsview, Juliet Balcony. room number 1269. Room has amazing falls view , both American and Canada falls. Everyday I love watching the falls lights up. At night on Friday, I enjoyed the fireworks from my room! I was hoping to see snow and ice on the falls but it was not cold enough last week. Sheraton hotel is clean and beautiful. Room looks modern with amazing view plus fireplace!

UK traveller and first time to Niagara Falls. We stayed for 3nts in early December and had read some mixed reviews but can honestly say we had a wonderful experience. Check in was welcoming and swift, no queuing. We were directed to the lifts that took us to our room on the 17th floor. We did not experience any queuing for the lifts. Our room was lovely. We booked a premium falls view and were welcomed with 2 Queen beds, a fridge, digital safe, freeview tv, fireplace, seating area, free water, coffee machine and fast free WiFi. The bathroom was adequately stocked with towels and toiletries and also had a hairdryer and had a whirlpool bath and shower. But what made the room extra special for us was the floor to ceiling windows, Juliet balcony and the view of the falls. Amazing! The Sheraton was also in a great location for all the attractions and amenities of Clifton Hill. The hotel itself had a Starbucks, restaurant, bar and gift shop, but we preferred to sample the local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We checked out on a Saturday when the hotel was busier, but again this was swift and hassle free, we were not inconvenienced at all during our stay. Overall we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and won’t forget that view in a hurry! Thank you Sheraton!

A friend from the Netherlands and I made a quick overnight trip to Niagara Falls and enjoyed a great time at this hotel. We had a Falls-facing room with a balcony on the 14th floor and took advantage of valet parking. Everywhere in the hotel--registration, gift shop, parking, restaurant--the staff were cordial and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the casino, the Clifton Hill amusements and, of course, the Falls themselves, meant that we didn't need our car at all once we'd settled in. Everything was in walking distance. We especially enjoyed a night-time stroll through the Oakes Garden directly across the street. We noticed no cleanliness issues, or unruly crowds, although our mid-week visit in November no doubt allowed for a more tranquil experience than would have been the case at more high-peak times. And even though the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey (albeit in Canadian dollars) it presented a great variety of hot and cold choices along with an unmatched panoramic vista from the window-side tables. In retrospect, we also appreciated the unseasonably warm weather considering that a mere week later the area was inundated with several FEET of snow.

We booked 2 rooms for the family and both rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Valet was attentive. Lobby was busy but it was expected as it's the last weekend before school started. We requested a late checkout and was graciously granted.
