We have a reservation at 9:30pm for my husband's birthday. We came here around 8:00 pm because were kinda hungry and also so we can have a good seats by the window. The lady in the front told us they can take us now but she have to put us by the booth she told us if we want we can come back around 9-9:15pm so by the time the we come back the table should be ready by the window. So we agree, we came back exactly 9pm but they put us in the booth. Im so so disappointed because if we knew that she going to put us on the booth again then we should take that in the beginning. We all expecting to have a good seats with a view. While im looking at the menu I was thinking to leave but our server James to the rescue!!! He greated us with a big smile. He greet my husband Happy birthday and i was telling him im so disappointed what was just happened. He said someone is leaving now they just need to clean the table for a while he just gonna get our drinks and order. After 5-10 mins they move us by the window and finally we are have the view that we want.
Food was delicious and perfectly cook!! we order sides which is loaded potato and Brussel sprouts which i love. And the ambience was great!!! I don't have aany complaints with the food is just I'm not happy with the front lady did to us. I will give James an excellent job for bringing it back our mood to stay at the restaurant!!!!

Me and my wife celebrating our 30th anniversary while in niagara falls. We decided to go to prime steakhouse. We arrived 15min early was seated by the glass wall great view to the falls. I has a new York steak asparagus and mushrooms my meal was awesome steak was cooked right (rare) the asparagus was cooked with a bit of a crunch so not over cooked that was so good. My wife had the salmon when that came out it looked amazing wasn't over cooked at all tasted awesome for her and after server name I believe was matt. He served use great had some recommendations and he didn't disappoint. Be ready to drop some coin. Taxes on your bill are 21%. the whole experience was great. Take an appetite. Would go again next time visiting Niagara falls

We were here for breakfast for 2 morning dog our stay. The ambience and the atmosphere was very pleasant and the views were amazing!
Big shout to our server - Sandra, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome! She took care of our dietary needs with recommendations that helped our kids as well. She was very prompt and kept checking in on us even though we stayed beyond the breakfast hours!

Great view, gave us best table despite last minute reservation, enjoyed 8pm fireworks. validated parking in casino niagara lot, easy walking across hotel lobby. Shara was great.

Service was great. Food was ok, passable but didn’t blow me away. Prices were outrageous though, super overpriced just because of the view. Dinner ended up being over 550 USD for 4 people, which would be fine for a fantastic steakhouse but this was ok at best.

We had the most amazing dinner at Prime! It was our first time in Canada and our first meal out on the town. Our Waiter Marko, was amazing! The wine, the appetizers, the steaks (!!!) were cooked to perfection. We ended our date night with crème brûlée and espresso martinis. The view was absolutely incredible and it was our first time actually seeing Niagara Falls since we drove in at night. I cannot wait to go back and will recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone who’s going to visit the Falls! The atmosphere, the food and the service was absolute perfection!

The dinner was very good but the white chocolate goat cheese cheesecake was amazing! Our server was Marko and he was very kind and professional, he made the experience so much better! We had a great view of the falls for our meal. We will definitely be going back!

My husband and I go to prime often and I have to say the service is becoming slower. We waited over an hour for our food. To be informed that the well done steaks were being done first (we order medium rare). We also had to ask for bread while we were waiting. With that being said I have to give 3 stars here. We could see another waiter checking in on us as she walked by often. The food is always outstanding but disappointed on the wait times.

Sandra was attentive and kind! Coffee was delivered to the table and kept warm with the saucer plate on top while we got our food, continually checked in throughout the meal. Very well done
