Zlatko made my breakfast experience exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had , a credit to the hotel!!

We celebrated our anniversary at Prime Steakhouse Niagara Falls last night and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. From the moment we stepped until we walked out, all of the staff was super friendly. Our server Mikey was the best! He had great recommendations and we did not feel rushed. We had a table by the window overlooking the falls and it was super romantic. Highly recommend Prime for a celebratory dinner.

Oh and the food! Steaks were cooked to perfection! The Caesar salad is one of the best we’ve ever had. I got the tenderloin with scallops and a red wine jus. Delicious! Husband got the wagyu tenderloin and both our steaks were perfect.

Nice food, nice staff. But terrible experience, we were sat in the far right corner. The sun was right in our eyes! It was so bad that we couldn’t see each other, couldn’t see anything. 45min waiting for food and constantly blinded by the sun. Food was nice but when asked the staff about the sun we got a simple “can’t do anything about it”. Didn’t offer another table nothing. There was no blinds on the windows just ruined the whole experience of a $300 dinner. Very upsetting and disappointing.

Wonderful experience with an amazing view. The staff from the host through waitress and runners were all top notch. Rena, our waitress, was a delight with great recommendations and we shared some great laughs. She enhanced the experience and the food was outstanding. Well cooked and the entire family enjoyed.

We made a reservation and even added a special request to be seated by the window — that was the whole reason we picked this restaurant in the first place: for the view of the Falls.

We arrived 5 minutes early, yet the host completely ignored our request and gave us one of the worst tables in the restaurant. We could clearly see several empty window-side tables, but the host simply refused to seat us there.

That instantly ruined the experience. The food was extremely underwhelming — bland, and clearly just banking on the location. Our server was inattentive — never once refilled our water, never checked in on us during the meal, and honestly felt like they just didn’t care.

This place is not worth it at all. You’re paying for the view, but if you don’t get the view, you’re just left with bad food and bad service.
