Fantastic experience and server! They went above and beyond for my best friend's birthday!

Waitress seemed like we did something to annoy her. Food came out with parts of the dinner 15 minutes later than the rest, some was cold.

Our visit to this restaurant was absolutely amazing! The views of Niagara Falls were breathtaking — it felt like dining beside one of the world's most beautiful wonders. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was our waiter. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind — truly the best kind of person to have serving you. He made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was when he surprised us by bringing two cakes for my dad and my son. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our night! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Niagara Falls — amazing food, stunning views, and exceptional service!

Prime Steakhouse had excellent service and the food was fabulous. We enjoyed especially with a view of the falls.

Long wait to be seated as they took lots of information even with reservation. Sent scallops back twice because first time they were not cooked and cold inside and second warmer but still not cooked properly and asparagus was cold. Ended up not having a main just sides. Server was very good and very apologetic as she knew it was our birthday meal. Creme brûlée with a birthday candle was great. We have been many times and always had great food. This was very disappointing

Overall food was very good , my only concern is cost , a rib eye steak bought at grocery store $25 at the restaurant 4x that just find it difficult to digest but this is an industry issue . Steak was cooked to perfection And the added resort fee ?? What was that ?? lol !

Food was just ok, nothing to rave about. The chowder had no lobster in it at all. Mostly broth and corn. The best part of the meal was the lobster tail and ravioli that came with the surf and turf. Ordered garlic butter shrimp on the side and they were lacking garlic.

We have been to Niagara Falls and stayed at the Double Tree a few times. I just love that the restaurant is right downstairs and you can make reservations and dress up or down and go eat. I decided to dress for the occasion, my husband thoroughly loved his birthday outing and dinner at the Falls. We loved the dinner and desert, always impressed. Iam sure we’ll visit again.

My wife and I ate there last evening (10/12/25) and found all aspects of the restaurant experience to be top notch. Greeted and sat immediately; prompt attention from our server Michael within a minute of being seated. He took our drink order and reviewed the menu thoroughly, got our drink order promptly and took our order. Appetizers came out quickly and both were tasty. Our main course (surf and turf petite filet mignon and half lobster) was delicious. Michael was very amicable and attentive throughout the meal. Perfect evening.

The atmosphere and presentation were lovely, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of fine dining expectations. We ordered the porterhouse steak medium, but it arrived well done. The staff was kind and offered to remake it, which we appreciated — however, the second steak came out unevenly cooked, with some parts still well done and others almost raw. At this level of restaurant, we expected more consistency and attention to detail, especially for such a signature dish. The service was courteous, but the kitchen execution really missed the mark this time.
