Ambiance was great! Staff were attentive and friendly from the first point of contact at the front podium.

Good friendly service; food was average. Atmosphere was fun, but loud music overshadows jungle forest ambience.

Overpriced, bland food, slow service. Not even comparable to other rainforest cafe locations.

Our experience at RainForest in Niagra Falls was not up to standard. Had a bug in beer and a chicken bone in the appetizer. The bathrooms were terrible, filthy. We not to recommend this place at this location to anyone. also took over an hour to get food and restaurant was not very busy.

Hello, it's a shame that instead of creating a unique jungle atmosphere, you drown everything out with loud music. We can hear music everywhere. Why don't you go over to the dinosaur mini golf course? You have a unique jungle design in the restaurant, making it a unique jungle experience.

Waste of time and money

Subpar food for expensive prices. Place was old and sticky/nasty. It needs some updates/renovations. Server was nice though. Wait for food was an hour which is crazy. Our apps took 30 mins.

Very nice place specially for kids.

Prices are outrageous for mediocre food. Kids pizzas aren't even cut through, so you have to fiddle around cutting them at the table almost spilling your $15 drinks everywhere. Huge pet peeve: when restaurants bring out half of the tables food. So half the table is finished eating when your food finally arrives. Will not be going back! You could get a better meal at Kelsey's.

Bad food. Bad service. Greasy, sticky & dirty table. Overpriced. The vegetables is watery and not fresh; the medium-well steak is burned, hard and very chewy; the portion of kid's meal is way too much smaller than any other popular Canadian restaurants like WhiteSpot, Boston Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, etc. The prices are higher than all those restaurants, too. The $14.99 Kid's Meal doesn't include drink. We didn't know as the drinks on the kid's meal menu weren't marked any price, and the server didn't tell us the drink would be charged additionally. We found out only when we saw the $3.99 of Kids Juice on the bill. They also charged Luxury Fee, as shown on the bill. The service is very bad as they don't care about their customers. The area around the restroom is smelly, and when we asked them if we could change to another table which isn't that close to the restroom, the server told us they couldn't because part of our food was served already. We decided to leave as early as we could and asked the server if we could have the unfinished big glass of smoothie for to go, she said they didn't have any to-go cup. The whole dining experience at Rainforest Cafe Niagara Falls is terrible. We''ve lived in Canada more than 30 years and never had such a bad dining experience before.

We had a reservation for 12 people, but they split us into two different tables, which defeated the point of the reservation. Then, the server took our order, then 20 minutes later came back to say he lost the order and needed to take it again. Then, after two rounds of orders, came back again to say that one of the items he told us didn't have egg (one of the kids has a severe allergy) does have egg after all. Then he suggested a different “egg free” meal, which ended up having a roll that had egg in it—super dangerous and irresponsible of the restaurant. In addition, they forgot to make the appetizers until after all the entrees came out, and completely forgot to put in an order for one of the entrees, which didn't come out until after everyone finished eating and had already gotten to go boxes, leaving one of the adults to watch everyone eat. They failed to bring out some of the sides and correct drinks for the kids' meals, which we didn't even try to fix because it was already a mess of forgotten items and allergy disasters. They didn't even offer to comp the forgotten meal or sides, we had to ask that at least the meal be taken off the check. It was an expensive and frustrating night for the adults; luckily, the kids were entertained by the rainforest animals and had a decent time. We will not be returning there on our next trip to Niagara Falls. Not recommended for people with allergies or large groups.
