Rainforest Cafe Niagara Falls

Unfortunately this restaurant comes across as old and outdated. The food is eatable but definitely over priced. My advice would be save your money.

The food was greatly overpriced for what we received. Our server was the best thing about the experience . We have been there twice before ( 12 & 14 years ago) but those experiences were good. This time I asked for a birthday cake & twice I received emails about special requests, telling me that I would receive a phone call from the staff- none were received. Overall, it was an experience I will not repeat again! We couldn't even get a carry out cup for my 2 year old grandson's drink!

Quality of food is not good and way overpriced , The Rainforest burger is 31.99 comes with some fries and is pretty basic . The web site menu does not give prices for the main dishes , The kids menu online does give price . It says the kids get choice of a main a side and a drink . But when you get there the drinks are extra . My grandson had the pasta at 14.99 and a a meat ball the size of a toonie for $2.50 than add drink @ $3.99 so pretty much $21.50 for. Kids meal . Not impressed at all .

I took my kiddo and my elderly parents there for my child's 6th birthday lunch. She was very excited about being there as the ambience is AWESOME. The people at the reception were very warm and friendly. The problem I had was with the server. My daughter was so excited about her birthday and told her twice that it was her birthday. The server wished two white families with kids having birthdays Happy Birthday the way they would. She never did it for my daughter. This made me think what was the difference except the color of our skin. I may be wrong but I had no answer for my 6 year old who.asked me why was she not wished like the other two.

I took my one year-old son here for his birthday middle of the week at 3 PM and it was absolutely fantastic! The waitress was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious. They even helped me with my son's cake and photos. I've always had a good experience here, but I love it even more after this visit. Thank you NEV!! If you have children who have a hard time in restaurants, you should definitely take them here. There is so much to look at they will not get bored! If you don't know what to order grab the appetizer platter! It feeds 3 to 4 adults!

Quality of food and service were great!!! It has been a while since we dined at a Rainforest Cafe. We missed experiencing the thunderstorm and lightning show this time around.
