Worst food ever.

Worst customer service ever.

Instead of giving the vacant booth to us, they gave it to the family that walked in after us just because they had 1 more person than us. Not to mention the rudeness with which you may be greeted.

Never visiting this restaurant again.
Dspot next door is a hundred times better.

My parents and I went to the clifton hill branch for our trip to Niagara Falls, We ordered Chilly Momos and Halwa Puri. The Momos were soft and saucy. The halwa was bland however. The service was poor, you had to pick up your food rather than them serving. Their patio was normal, however enjoyable.

No negative ratings option available or would have chosen that . You would spend 80 bucks and would not even get a glass of water in fine dining in !!!! Really annoying!

They have a wide variety of vegetarian street food. We ordered Bhel puri, Pani puri, Channa Battura, Samosas, Mango Lassi, Mango Shake etc. Loved the food. The ambience is not the best due to less space and they can improve more on cleanliness. But the flavor of the food is really good.

This is what capitalism has done to customer service. They look for profit all the time. If I go to restaurant the least they can give me tap water and not charge for it. If they give me water bottle they shouldn't charge $1.50 which cost 20cent maximum from retail stores. If you gonna charge me almost 2 dollars for water bottle it better be a Evian water not 10 cent canadian tire. I barely care about extra few bucks. I am lashing out on capitalism and how restaurants have shifted their business practices. Back in the days they sat you on tables bring you menu serve you water and take your order and bring it on the table and after eating you pay. Now restaurant like these acting like fast food chains order at counter and pay.

They are very cheap that they can even give us water which is basic human right? They charge 2 dollar for a small water bottle plus they give no cups to share with my family. Then I shocked that they charge $4.50 for a very small can of pop, not even regular size. When we are seated, they never tell us we have to order at counter to get our food so how we know if they never tell us at our table. They never give us proper utensils and plates, all cheap plastic items and we have to keep calling them cause they give us less plates, we are 5 people, they give us 2 plates, makes no sense and they are very bad at basic math. They expect us to share the plates?? or are they just cheap?? I will never go here to dine again, shame on the staff. Pathetic service. Also, Shahi Paneer was very sweet, looks like they dump the whole half and half cream and not much paneer, only 4 piece and naan was very hard. AVOID! OVERPRICED GARBAGE!
