We had a wonderful dining experience! Shoeless Joe's provided exceptional service, Rachel, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. Thank you, Rachel, for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, amazing service!

Rachel my server was awesome kept our drinks refilled. The food was also nice and very great as well!

The meal was not bad... nothing too fancy or special and what you'd expect from looking at the menu. We were here after watching fireworks in the Falls at night, so it was a blessing to be able to stop inside for a quick bite. The portions were generous. The only negative part of the experience was that the music was obnoxiously loud for a mostly empty section. This would not be an issue at all if you're going there to watch sports or chat. Our waitress was excellent though and quick to help us get more comfortable. Service there was 5/5, food is 3/5 on a generous day.

Service was great, can't stress that enough. Fries were alright but everything else flopped. Overpriced and tiny portions. Chicken tenders were tiny and bland, the cabbage in the coleslaw had already turned brown. The drinks were watered down too

Buckle up, this is a long one but put simply, terrible. Absolutely terrible.

After 10 minutes of no host, just us in line no one else there, we got sat. Ready to order, they dont have the Nashville sauce so no Nashville sandwiches, that's fine, choose something else. After waiting another 10 minutes, my wife ordered the chicken tenders with a different sauce and I got a poutine. 30 minutes later! This is pub food. Its now been almost an hour on a slow Sunday night before receiving our food, which had clearly been sitting in the window. The chicken was more than dry, it was actually hard to chew, had absolutely no seasoning and they put the sauce on the side and not on the chicken. Frozen Janes chicken would have been an upgrade. The coleslaw, yes coleslaw, was dry and had no dressing on it. My poutine was ok, though it was lukewarm and the cheese curds were still cold, hence the sitting for a while. All the while, not ONCE did the server ever check in, refill our drinks or ask how things were, since the beginning.

This was simply some of the worst service and worst food of any restaurant I've been too. This place is in no way worth the time or money we spent there. Thank you for making our date memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Oh, and as an aside, the TV at our booth was too dark to see anything so even the setting wasn't working.

Absolutely awful - Niagara Falls location. Soggy fries. Poutine meat was crumbled up burger meat and microwaved bits of mozzarella. Some bites were barely warm and most bites were cold. Everything we got tasted like frozen food that was then fried or microwaved. One of our party got the cookie skillet. It was a store bought cookie, brought out in a cold skillet. The cookie was much smaller than the skillet. It had been microwaved then drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauces with ice cream on the side. It was laughable! Our server was nice and friendly but slow. We were there way too long. We left frustrated and still hungry. Do not waste your $ here!

Carly was terrific, excellent service great conversation. We will be back!
