Don’t understand the 5 star ratings - food mediocre, service non existent. No atmosphere. The fact you have to park your car 3 blocks away and be taken by a shuttle there and back is insane, and isn’t stated at any point when booking a table. Way too expensive for what you get.

I have two stateside service was reasonably good except one big No-No. our mixed salad came in with a bunch of bruised spoiled sour slices of cherry tomatoes. Mentioned it to the server, she replied by saying that she will take it back to the kitchen. No further mentioning of it after. Served us main courses and then when bill arrived, there was a full charge for the salad and no mentioning of any credit or apology. The plating looked like a child dropped a spoon of mashed potatoes from the spoon to the plate. The view is spectacular but culinary experience is mediocre.

Karen provided attentive and friendly service for our dinner overlooking Horseshoe Falls. Every table has a fantastic view. The portions are generous! Both of our dishes, Seafood Cajun Alfredo and Seafood Risotto, were both excellent, full of seafood.

I think this is the worest place I dine with my family the most expensive and test less food we eat my kid did even touch her Mac and cheese and the view on fire work time is absolutely not the way they advertised it we will never go there even if its free.and they charge you DNF $30 on your every bill which I didn't see in any other place in Niagara falls they say its destination Niagara fee but I think its a BS money grap.even the waitress who serve as didn't like the charge and the so called manager said we didn't remove any thing from the bill👹👹👹👹👎👎👎

The only thing better than the view from the restaraunt is the food. The lobster tails was amazing and came flavored to perfection. The maple bourbon cocktail is a must have.

The atmosphere here is beautiful! Great view of the falls! Our server, Karen, was wonderful! Attentive and very personable!! Food was good but nothing spectacular. It is pricey. We got 1 appetizer and 2 dinners. We don't really drink so just bought a bottle of sparkling water and bill was just under $200. We walked in, mid week, with no reservation. I would come back again and would recommend to others if price isn't a concern.

Great views, mediocre food. Caesar salad decent, French onion soup lukewarm, scallops tragically over cooked snd rubbery, shrimp skewers scorched, onion ring tower greasy snd bland, chicken wings small and swimming in sauce. No discernible alcohol In our cocktails. Server was inattentive snd overly casual. Stay away from this overpriced tourist trap.

This was my second time visiting after 9 years when we visited Niagara first time with my mom. We still clearly remember the beautiful view and tasty food and today we came back with my dad for his birthday.
The staff Ava served us with her best hospitality and care, and the foods and drinks were as amazing as last time we had. No wonder we wanted to come back here so bad.
They even timed the dishes so we could see the fireworks to add extra memories to his birthday trip.
Our surprise birthday dinner for my dad was a great success thanks to all of the staff that the restaurant.
We appreciate them so much, and we would love to come back again!
Highly recommend if you want to have a special time with your loved ones!
