We had dinner there on July 19. When we got there I did not know what to expect . We had been to Skylon the night before for a good dinner. As we got off the elevator we were greeted by a smiling hostess. Then taken directly to our table, where our server greet us. We had a wonderful dinner with great service and food. I very much enjoyed the Lobster Bisque . I travel a lot and order LB whenever its on the menu. This is serving was in my top 5 with out a doubt. I'm guessing but I think I have tried well over 100 different places so my top 5 is a pretty big deal. The steaks were great and the gravy for the potatoes was excellent . Even the mac and cheese for the little ones was great. Yes you can go to STK or Morton's which I have and they are good but you will not get a better meal than what at Sky Fall
The food was OK. Definitely wasn't worth the prices it was an expensive steakhouse with mediocre food.
The view is absolutely amazing. Drinks, apps and dessert were very good, however our main entrees (surf and turf and salmon) were very dry and vegetables were hard and barely cooked.
The food was absolutely awful. We were so excited to have a really good meal, and were left extremely disappointed. The steaks were not cooked properly, tough, and zero flavor or taste. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm at best and the vegetables were just alright. For the amount of money they charge, it should have been so much better! Definitely avoid and go somewhere else for a steak!
I am quite disappointed with my experience at this establishment. We made a reservation for 9:30 PM a week in advance. When we arrived five minutes prior to our reservation time, the front desk staff appeared disorganized and were trying to accommodate guests, including those with later reservations and walk-ins. Despite arriving promptly, we were made to wait approximately 10-15 minutes for a table to become available. An additional 10 minutes passed without any acknowledgment or service, such as offering water. Due to the lack of attentiveness, we decided to leave around 10:00 PM. When the fireworks commenced at 10:00 PM, the restaurant lights were dimmed, and it was apparent that further service would be unlikely. We subsequently chose to dine at The Keg, where the service was exceptional. I am relieved we left, as I do not believe this restaurant would have been able to provide the level of service advertised.
View was great for July 4 fireworks over the falls. Steak cooked perfectly med-rare. But under table was a lot of “slop & goo” that got all over bottom of my dress shoes. No one pays attention to dress code either and they let them in with ball caps and shorts and tank tops. Sad. We took the effort to dress up casually...these tourist sweaty ball player people should be turned away. Dinner took 1.5 hours to arrive, waiter was very apologetic but come on guys...$420 for two and we get that kind of service? Then we had a good laugh when Hagendaz sweet comes and it's a dilly bar thing in a wrapper for 3 times cost st store. Not exactly the ice cream desert we expected but it gave us a laugh. They are trying to be high end with pricing and menu but..,,sadly failing. And please wash the floor UNDER the tables once in awhile.
For a steakhouse the steak was terrible. Lobster was good though. Overpriced and if you reserve a table for more than 4 you will lose out on getting a table with a view. They wouldn't accommodate a request to have the table next to the window for 6 people either. Never recommending nor coming back
View is spectacular. Brie appetizer, seafood pasta and pineapple upside down cake were fabulous. Steaks were overdone. Staff was personable and great.
Overall, the restaurant was good! The seafood risotto and bone marrow were perfect! The scallop appetizer was overcooked. The views were amazing and the staff were friendly! The price was also reasonable.
Our server Jada was amazing. What a wonderful server and human she was. We were there for a celebration of high school exams and she made the experience amazing. Food was good. Definitely recommend the cheesecake. Music and view was spectacular

Wonderful experience all around. Food was great, service was excellent and the views were amazing!! Dimming the lights for the fireworks made everyone excited to see all the changing colors too. Well done!
Server was amazing, Logan did an outstanding job he's a great asset to your business. On the other hand, the steak could have been better, not very tasty.
This restaurant is excellent. The view of the falls is spectacular. The food is amazing. We started with the crab cake appetizer. I had the surf and tuff and my friend had the salmon. We finished with bread pudding and pineapple upside-down cake. Our server was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and absolutely recommend.
The atmosphere is everything the staff and the food and chief need a revamp
