We had an amazing experience here. The food was absolutely delicious, everything came out perfectly cooked and full of flavour, and our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The whole night just felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great service and view! Our waitress was so kind and helpful. The food was OKAY though. We got the porterhouse, which came fully plated with mashed potatoes and vegetables. We also ordered a skewer of Shrimp at the side. Overall, it was a nice experience, but food was not the greatest. Prices were decent!

Food overpriced. Not that tasty. Had to return a few items as cold and untasty. NFDF fee isn't mentioned until you recieve your bill. Had to find server and wait for service when only another table there. Wouldn't recommend. However, beautiful view of falls.

The food was terrible, It was smelly and even worse we waited for the food(steak&risotto) for almost 50 minutes. I needed a glass of water for which I even waited for 30 minutes as the waitress was busy with other tables to be served. It was one of my worse experience in my whole life. I told the waitress about the rissoto whose taste and smell were not good, and she offered us a free dessert but I believe it could not make up for the money that we paid for the 2 main meals.By the way the best part of the meal was the dessert. It was delicious.

1. The worst French onion soup ever. Watered down. 2. Be prepared to pay a $30 USD convenience free to support the Niagara Falls tourism district. 3. Then expect tip on top of that 4. Don't purchase the $55 bottle of champagne which was worth at the liquor store for $15 it was a cheap brand. 5. The service was ok, not her fault

This restaurant should consider to hire a good chef. They have a wonderful view, but the food is less than what I expected. The food tastes salty, has a bad flavour, and too expensive for the quality. I don’t recommend this place for enjoying food at all. Only for enjoying the view. And don’t believe the coupon that is offered as 50 dollars off the bill, because the total amount will be more than what you would get. It is a very bad way off stealing money from the customer, who is not even getting the value of what they paid. Find another place if you want to eat.

Party of 4 reserved for NYE night. Although crowded, there was no wait for our seats. We received complimentary bread shortly after being seated. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the food. The seafood pasta did not have much seafood. The salmon was not seasoned well. The steak was ok. The mash potatoes didn't have any creaminess and the side vegetables were slightly undercooked. The manager offered to remake the vegetables and the salmon; however, there wasn't much of a difference. Maybe the food lacked quality because of the crowd, but we only ate the bread.

The price of the food is so expensive. The food is on the cold side. It takes almost 25 min for the food even though there are only two tables. In my opinion it is not worthy to spend your hard earned money. Note: this place is charged NFDF($14).

I’m here from NYC. Food was hands down delicious. At first you would think it’s a small portion but once you finish your meal it’s fulfilling Brittney was great and very attentive even though it was New Year Eve & busy she was hands on checked on all her customers now that good service. Thank you Sky Fallsview Steakhouse very great experience I would recommend and return.

Terrible experience in the new year, we stayed downstairs, smelly, cold, people fighting for a table, we made the reservation 3 weeks before and there was no table. The experience was horrible, I don't recommend it.

New Years eve dinner. Busy crowd was expected but the service was way too slow. However, when our server finally came in after maybe 15 mins or more of waiting on the table, she came in with a wide smile and quite apologetic for the wait. Water was served and waited for another 10 mins for her to come back to get our order. Food was fine, nothing impressive on the presentation but flavourful enough. The ambience was pretty dry and not set up for the occasion. Even the music was not suitable to ring in the New Year. The only thing enjoyable was the view of the Falls and the fireworks.

Ann was super attentive to me and my wife. We had a joyous experience. We need more people like Ann in the world. Thank you for making my birthday month and date night exceptional.
