This was the best in niagara falls. As soon as I walked in Chelsea greeted me with a super smile. Jade and Chelsea were full of energy and I had my 3 venti lattes in 4 minutes flat. Keep these women as they are the front line to your business. No matter how good your coffee is, if you do not have a good front line, people wont come! 😀
A very spacious and clean facility. Staff were very friendly and went above & beyond by bringing to my table my personal mug as I returned from the washroom.
Given the area demographics, the washroom has to be given access to you. My beverage was perfect.

Chelsea was the opening barista/manager and she had to open on her own. She killed it. She was faster than some people I work with back at my store in the states. The place was clean. She did a phenomenal job. The drinks my partner and I ordered we delicious. Thank you Chelsea for a wonderful experience and it was nice to meet a fellow Starbucks partner here in Canada.
