Wish zero stars was an option, counter worker whispers order back to me to confirm then makes drink completely wrong, and then argues when I ask for the right drink? Ordered iced gingerbread oat latte got a hot latte, it happens, I probably wasn't clear enough when placing the order but to argue with me after making fun of me openly to his coworker like I was standing 2 feet away is disgusting. Bathroom says it need a key we ask for the key he annoyed says "it's always open" then take down the sign? Also the place is a mess. Feel bad for the girl working there who was apologetic and seemed uncomfortable with him openly bashing me.

Access - Only accessible from inside Embassy Suites hotel.
Facilities - In need of a good deep cleaning. Insects walking on food items in display case. Not dusted in long time.
Food - Only ordered one drink. It was standard Starbucks quality.
Charge - Extremely overpriced. Double price of anywhere else in area.
Service - Zero customer service. Zero courtesy. Hotel management staff walked in at end of line and immediately was asked what he wanted and was made drinks and given multiple food items without paying for anything before any orders were worked on.
Conclusion - Walk 100 meters down the road to a real Starbucks and not this hotel owned/operated one. It's not worth getting anything here.

Don't go here unless you like getting ripped off. There is no value to be had since everything is jacked up in price due to its location. A breakfast sandwich is $10.95 as of Aug 2024. With taxes, I paid $40.09 for 3 of them. Don't make the mistake I did.

To the Barista that doesn't understand medical conditions and caffine content you should not be working in a customer facing position. My wife is pregnant, she asked for 3 decaf 1 regular, when she went back in you replied that you made it correctly but it was just written wrong on the cup. This was a dangerous bold face lie, and honestly disgusting that you wouldn't remake a drink that you made an error on & charge more for.
The employees are great there. The problem is is the price of coffee iced coffee large 7.85 when I could go right on Lundy's Lane and get the same one $5.85 your price gouging and that's not right. I would avoid this place due to high prices

Never go to this starbucks they r just making money and giving nothing in return
It’s a tiny takeaway corner.Situated in the embassy suites building. Quite accessible. We had two of the sweetest asian baristas.Good conversation and the coffee was nice.I wish they had sitting too but if you are planning to walk out with your coffee, it’s just 50 steps from a great view of the horseshoe falls from the top (see the pic)

I would really recommend you to visit here.... however they are bit expensive than other starbucks but on the other hand they are not only giving a good customer service but also make delicious coffee for their customer. Hetvi, Prabh and precious they are so respectful to every customer.
The staff was nice, but the coffee was terrible, compare the coffee in Toronto and here, it's like heaven and earth, the coffee was not felt, and the latte "match" was terribly tart and disgusting. Apparently, the employee did not know how to make the right
