Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many Starbucks in different countries and I have never had such a hostile experience. The staff were rude, uninviting, and didn’t possess any good customer service.

Terrible rude service......Got holiday drink employee wrote on the reusable cup with permanent marker and was disrespectful when I requested to change the my cup. Never again thx but no thx

So hot inside the store. Two workers just speaking in their own language. Server was rude. I asked for a little bit of ice with my cold brew, like it was a big deal. As I was leaving, she started talking about me. Good thing, cold brew was in standard English.
And would it really hurt if the employees would smile at their customers?

Terrible service, outrageously high prices! I bought a Tall Americano, a banana loaf, egg white bites and a cake pop for $45! The casino owns this Starbucks location and there are casino fees added to the prices. I also asked for a glass of tap water for my toddler and was told that I had to pay $4! At ALL Starbucks locations, water is included for free with any order. I informed the barista of this, she was dismissive and said she could not give my son water unless I paid.
I also asked to redeem points towards my purchase and was told that I could not due to this casino membership. Do not waste your money and time going to this location!

Terrible conditions: bad smell, no air circulation, all the tables are dirty, and the floor is in awful shape. Inside, there’s a very strong odour of sweat even though the place is always empty. None of the employees makes any effort to clean or maintain a good presentation

Pretty bad experience. The coffee was burnt, and when I asked for it to be made lighter, the staff just added cold tap water. The atmosphere inside wasn’t great either. I’m giving 2 stars only because I’ve had worse — but not by much.

The iced coffee (black) tastes like well water. It doesn’t taste like coffee. And you’re paying hotel tax on every item. The prices here are INSANE. Over $20 for a grande iced coffee and breakfast sandwich.

Wish zero stars was an option, counter worker whispers order back to me to confirm then makes drink completely wrong, and then argues when I ask for the right drink? Ordered iced gingerbread oat latte got a hot latte, it happens, I probably wasn't clear enough when placing the order but to argue with me after making fun of me openly to his coworker like I was standing 2 feet away is disgusting. Bathroom says it need a key we ask for the key he annoyed says "it's always open" then take down the sign? Also the place is a mess. Feel bad for the girl working there who was apologetic and seemed uncomfortable with him openly bashing me.

Access - Only accessible from inside Embassy Suites hotel.
Facilities - In need of a good deep cleaning. Insects walking on food items in display case. Not dusted in long time.
Food - Only ordered one drink. It was standard Starbucks quality.
Charge - Extremely overpriced. Double price of anywhere else in area.
Service - Zero customer service. Zero courtesy. Hotel management staff walked in at end of line and immediately was asked what he wanted and was made drinks and given multiple food items without paying for anything before any orders were worked on.
Conclusion - Walk 100 meters down the road to a real Starbucks and not this hotel owned/operated one. It's not worth getting anything here.
