Alexa was our sever. Unreal New Years Eve experience. 10 out of 10 service.... From customer service to food recommendations and experience in the hospitality and food industry. Couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you to STK Niagara Fallsview once again !

Austin, one of the servers there was very accommodating very nice staff overall. It's just the old keg with the STK menu. Overall happy and would come back!

My server Kyle gave us the most welcoming feel in the restaurant and made it feel so comfortable by checking in every now and then. Best server hands down!!!!

The steak price eg cowgirl jumped from 107 CDN to 184 CDN. about 70% . I do not know if that is the special price on holidays or it is actually increased that much from last year

Staff were amazing. Our waiter was friendly and very good. The food quality was good. But I have to say bang for buck I feel like we way overpaid for the quality of what we got. It was very good, but not worth the price tag in my opinion. Had menu prices been listed on the app we would've chosen another place to go.

Dinner on December 25 2025: Avoid this location—terrible service and overpriced, bland food. I had high expectations for STK Niagara, but unfortunately, the experience was a massive disappointment from the moment we walked in. The Service The service (or lack thereof) started at the front door. The hostess was incredibly rude; there was zero eye contact, no greeting, and no acknowledgment of our presence. Instead, we were simply told to "stand aside" until she was ready for us. It felt more like being processed at a government office than being welcomed into a premium steakhouse. While the rest of the staff seemed to be standing around doing nothing, our waitress was the only saving grace—she was "okay," but she couldn't make up for the sour note the evening started on. The Food For the prices they charge, the food quality is inexcusable: Rack of Lamb $125: Completely bland. There was no seasoning or flavor profile to speak of. No side for the $125 lamb that was an extra $25 so I ordered a side of Brussels sprouts that were horrible. The frozen ones I buy at the grocery store are much better The Wine: This was the only highlight of the night, as the selection was good, but you can find a good bottle of wine anywhere without the attitude and subpar food. Verdict Save your money. Between the cold reception at the door and the overpriced, lackluster kitchen performance, there are much better dining options in Niagara. We won't be returning.

It was one of the worst experiences on my Christmas Eve night. I reserved a table for my daughter's birthday and was told there would be DJs. The waiter was terribly rushed and didn't let us decide; he just wanted to serve the food and wipe the table. The price was unreasonable, and the funniest part was the waiter's attitude—he stood by us, trying to tell us which tip option we should choose. There was no DJ, and they asked for 25 dollars for cake cutting, which was nothing special and totally a waste of money. If you have any special occasion, I suggest you forget this place, as it can ruin your night.

I'm not sure if the chef forgot how to cook but we paid for food with 0 flavour. I'm talking nooooo flavour. I didn't complain there cause i'm a bodmon and we don't complain but on here i will. I won't be back

Everything was amazing I do have to say the value of the food wasn't there it was incredibly expensive even more expensive than the Skylon tower it's overpriced.

Overall experience was okay. Food is extremely overpriced for the value. Ambiance and decor is nice. Service was good, except they brought the mains shortly after the apps and we felt a bit rushed. We advised the server we would be paying cash when he brought the bill and Instead of taking it to the back and offer to bring back us the change, he started counting the money in front of us which was the first I had seen in a higher end restaurant especially. It was not professional in my opinion.

Had a great view of the falls with a table by the window, Sophia was very attentive with her service which was outstanding. The food was great, Salad, calamari, mushroom pasta and rib-eye steak were all delicious. bread with side oil was a great start to the meal as well. Very enjoyable and will be back.

The food was amazing!! we were a group of eight and I recommend you share a steak for each two people and then everyone shares the sides. Everyone getting their own steak would've been way too much, but I was very impressed with the food. A bit on the pricey side, but at least it was delicious . The drinks were OK. The consistency was off, but they were quick to fix the mistake. Also like the vibe here, BUT was surprised to see so many families with very young children out late. I thought it'd be more of an adult crowd, so strange in that aspect .

Special view of the Falls... really nothing like it. The service was attentive, professional and prompt. The food was very high quality and fresh. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster linguine was generous and delicious. The fresh bread was amazing! However overall STK is overpriced for what you get... no bacon in the Caesar salad and no sides with the steak! Sides were extra a pricey . There were only a few small roasted vegetables served with the steak. In comparison, the previous restaurant that was here included sides in their price with similar quality and was more reasonably priced.

This restaurant took over The Keg's old spot at the embassy suite hotel so I wanted to give it a try. Oh man...it was extremely pricy. The menu online does not show the price. Also we purchased the STK gift card but it cannot be used at this location. But service was good. The manager came and explained to us politely about gift card situation. It's on the terms and condition on the gift card that we just didn't read. So our fault. We ordered the porterhouse, a salad, a side, a glass of wine. They were all good. They gave us the garlic butter bread which is unusual these days. Also on the house, they gave us each a piece of cheesecake since we couldn't use the gift card. That was nice of them. At one point, the music was extremely loud...not sure why. But it was turned down shortly after. The restaurant is decorated nicely, great spot for date night. But I don't think we will return unless we won a lottery...lol

Excellent service and views but this place is not value for money. Wagyu burger tasted like any other burger. Truffle mushroom pasta was full of garlic and very average. $265 for two mains one appetizer and two drinks for mediocre food is not worth it. Great service though.
