This a highly unprofessional and horrible restaurant with stale food and shameless staff . They send bad stuff and misbehave with customers. Third class restaurant!
I visited Swaagat expecting great food based on its reviews but left disappointed. The hostess kindly served us bottled water without informing us it was paid—when did water become a hidden charge?
We ordered their best vegetarian dishes—hara bhara kebab, garlic naan, and kadai paneer—but none were up to the mark. The food tasted like it was made from ready-to-eat products rather than fresh and authentic.
Surprisingly, the place was empty on a weekend evening, which felt odd for a supposedly highly-rated restaurant. I suspect the glowing reviews might not be genuine.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Swaagat to anyone. There are better options out there.
