Same great rotisserie chicken we've come to expect. Service on this night was excellent...timely and friendly. The restaurant and washrooms were clean but it would be nice if corporate would begin to update the interiors...the only thing stale is the ambiance.

They allow only to use restroom if you dine in or paying customers. Server refused to use restroom to old guy and child. We understand your problem but if someone need urgently use the restroom please allow them and we will not mind to pay for that. But refusing like this does not seems good for this chain restaurant.

Frequent here when in a rush and don't want typical fast food. Drive-thru makes it very convenient and fast, we often order the family meal - whole chicken, 4 sides and buns for $40. Love their chicken, fries and dipping sauce!

I don’t know the food and everything because I’ve never tried their food. But this place's workers have no respect once they find out, you’re not there to eat. I visited Niagara Falls, while I was leaving back to Toronto, my special needs sister wanted to use washroom. This Swiss chalet was the closest and upon entering we weren’t allowed to use their washroom, unless to dine in. I wouldn’t ever go to eat in such a place where they wouldn’t try to understand the needs of people especially in such situations. This restaurant deserves no star at all.

I was visiting Niagara Falls My little sister who’s special need downsindrom while we were near this restaurant at Tesla charger. My sister want to use this restaurant’s rest room but the Manager refuses to let us use the it. They told us to buy food first then we can use restroom. This restaurant’s manager doesn’t have a single human behaviour in him!

Went with my large family for dinner, and it was very disappointing to find out you can no longer order the chicken poutine as a side with your chicken dinner. ? so I only got chicken and nothing else.It should not be just an appertiser for dinner and not fare to customers who like having it as a side dish with their meal. It's totally unfair.

Customer SetService was on point !We had the New Shredded Teriyaki Chicken stir fry, Caesar Salad with chicken which had fresh parmesan cheese on top ? and 1/4 white chicken dinner with baked potato.Food was amazing and we were full so couldn't eat dessert. Will go back again soon just to try their coconut cream pie?3 meals with unlimited soda taxes and tip was $79.00You can get a free appetizer or 2 desserts if you use your CAA membership, well worth it.
Kid-friendliness: They have large boothes and high chairs.. coloring crayons and paper .
Parking: Lots of parking available here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking spots on site and door is wide enough to go through for wheelchair, scooters , walkers etc. No stairs .

This location is great! The food quality is amazing and the service is incredible. We usually ask for Diane or Jocelyn who are both absolutely incredible. Tonight, (June 28th, 2023) the table adjacent to us was being shockingly rude to Jocelyn and she somehow managed to maintain a positive attitude and served her other tables with impeccable service throughout. It really was impressive to watch someone keep their head up high when others were trying so hard to bring them down. Well done Jocelyn!

Went to swisschalet after 15 years, same quality pirogies that I remember, nice polite staff although that may have to do with the fact that Canadians are just so polite and lovely people. Soft chicken and good poutine only way you can find in canada. Swiss chalet has to open something in New York otherwise it’s a pretty long drive all the way to canada and I don’t want to wait another 15 years to go again here

I don’t do this often but I had to. I love when someone goes over and beyond to help you. We were on our way to Niagra today and ordered, the restaurant was about to close and I got a call from someone named Jay saying we don’t want your food to get cold we are about to close so we’ll wait till you reach to give it to u fresh and hot. The hospitality and excellent customer service made me so happy and made our family trip a bit more special so just wanted to thank the gentleman who called and gave us or order which was yum thanks you Jay we’ll be back every time we visit Niagra which is a few times a month you’re our go to stop now

Well have the prices gone up!!! Oyyyy Sweet potato fries extra $3.50, salad (MEH) extra $6.99!!!!!! Did the waiter tell me about the extra charges? No, he makes it sound like it comes with the meal. The chix and the sauce are still delish, although the serving size for the price was pretty small. It was more like a Cornish hen.
