Table Rock House Restaurant

My family and I visited this restaurant to celebrate an important occasion, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. From the very beginning, things went wrong. We were excited to try three burgers we saw being carried by the waiters, but we were told they could only be ordered from the bistro next door. This was frustrating, especially since we were informed that the bistro and the restaurant share the same owner, and we couldn't understand why an exception couldn't be made. The service was also a major issue. Our server, Nikki, was inattentive and slow, especially with drinks. We had a very long wait for our beverages and had to remind her twice to bring our water. In a strange contrast, the food delivery was too fast. The main course was brought before we had finished our first, and dessert arrived while I was only halfway through my main dish. In a good restaurant, you expect them to wait for you to finish one course before bringing the next. As for the food itself, our feelings were mixed. The soup and trout were prepared very well, but we were surprised that we weren't offered any bread with the soup. The dessert, a lemon tart, was strange and simply not up to the standard expected of a restaurant of this level.

The atmosphere and view are phenomenal . Our service and waiter were excellent. The food was good and way better than what we expected as we were expecting this to be a tourist trap. Our waiter recommended a local wine that was superb.

First time in Niagara Falls. Got a table by the window. Server was pleasant. Good service. The Prix Fixe menu was very tasty. A la carte grill orders are just protein, everything is extra. Crab cakes appetizer very tasty. Braised short ribs melted in your mouth. The trout is delicious. Grill sirloin was medium rare as ordered. The gelato trio was yummy; as was the black forest cake. Overall, a great night!

Great location and great view. Service was quick and friendly. Food is just ok and the prices are high.

Had the pleasure to eat here last fall. This dinner did not compare to past visit maybe it's tge time of year? Crab cake were great. Steak, porc chop were average at best. We both ordered garlic mash. We both got the driest mash potatoes ever. They were not garlic mash. 14.00 dollars per order of potatoes. The server brought us enough potatoes for 6 people. We ate very little as they were dry, tasteless. This time around. Maybe the time of year. Very loud. For the price. Quality. Average meal at best

Great night out at this restaurant. Liz was a delight, super helpful and kind. The Brussels sprout starter was amazing, one of the tastiest starters I've ever had. Managed to get a window seat, so gorgeous views, very happy customer. Thank-you x

We were welcomed well, and the location of our table was excellent. However, the waitress looked very tired and was therefore not attentive. The food looked much better in the photos on website than in reality. The service was extremely slow. A group of about 7–8 people who arrived around 20 minutes after us were served much faster than we were. When I asked for an explanation, they said that one of our dishes was taking longer to prepare than the rest. But just a minute later, they brought out all of our orders at once, and the food was already lukewarm. The glasses were wet, one of the orders was forgotten but still included in the bill. The waitress came by very rarely. It felt like we were being ignored. My family and I will not return in the future. When you're paying $95 for a steak, ordering expensive wine, dessert, and celebrating a special occasion, you expect the service and food to be of high quality. We were very disappointed.

Beautiful location and wonderful food—pretty limited options for dining but very well done dishes. Found a hair in our food, but it was quickly replaced and the service overall was phenomenal. Everyone we spoke to was a delight.

Excellent location, and the food was fantastic! A must, when visiting Niagara Falls Canada!

We were in Niagara Falls on a family vacation. The view was unbeatable! Our server, Brandon, was magnificent. The wedge salad was so yummy - the best blue cheese! And the maple pecan cheesecake was heavenly. My entree was ok- the pork chop. It was a little dry. My son got the lobster and crab cannelloni . He ate every bite. My aunt had the short ribs. She said the flavor was good and it was tender. It was very expensive!! But I understand we paid for the view and the ambiance ....which were priceless!

Wait staff amazing, view spectacular but parking was expensive and inconvenient. The menu could use some additional options for both kids and adults. We had a great time.

The view of the Niagara Falls is great from the restaurant. However, that is the only good part. The food was disappointing in terms of taste and quality. We ordered the steak, the pork belly, the salmon and the chicken for entrees. The steak and pork belly were dry and chewy. The chicken was decent. The salmon was accompanied with a couscous and sprouts salad which wasn't so tasty. The mocktails were mediocre at best. All 4 of us had minor stomach problems after this meal. Overall, I think there are other falls view restaurants in the area that serve better food. I may not go again.

We are from Japan. I booked this restaurant to make my birthday better and I am so glad I did. They gave us a seat with a view of the waterfall according to our request and the space was wonderful. The food was really good and I would eat there again. And at the end, they prepared a small cake as a surprise. I didn't expect it to be available, so I was very happy. The staff was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable and had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Emily Slota is fantastic! She has a great sense of humor and made our dining experience perfect. Fireworks were so perfect!
