Had a very good all you can eat buffet breakfast with a good selection of hot and cold dishes and plenty of juices.
Our waitress name Suzanne, was very pleasant and very helpful.

Not the cheapest breakfast you can get but for all you can eat its worth it.

Some good views overlooking the falls.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, and they let my wife put her scooter close to us so we could keep an eye on it

Breakfast was decent, not as expected for a luxury hotel. Potato had little to no flavor, as well as the eggs. $70 cad for a bad/mediocre breakfast

Went for a girls weekend to Niagara and decided last minute to do breakfast before heading out of the hotel. Our server Ashley (brunette, ponytail, and glasses) was AMAZING!! She was so kind, made sure everything was delicious, anticipated us needing condiments and water. I seriously could not get over what great service she provided. Well done Ashley!! Great customer service! Thank you so much!

It is rare that I write a review and I travel a lot. It was EXTREMELY disappointing to spend $$$ extra to book a room with a view of the falls at this hotel and then not be given that room. The entire reason to stay at this particular hotel is to have a view. We checked in right at 4 pm and were told our room was 6th floor. (Rooms are floors 5-23). I stated I had paid for a room with a view and expected it to be on a much higher floor. I was thinking floor 15 or above. The man checking in just stated this was the ONLY room available as the hotel was sold out. I can’t imagine this was actually true. There was no offer for a smaller room (we had an executive suite booked) on a higher floor or compensation for not getting the room we paid for. I find it egregious that Marriott can take money for a room they can’t provide. And then they have no option for a very unhappy customer. Things such as the exorbitant valet fee or the mandatory daily “amenity fee” are other negatives that I would typically ignore but just added to the terrible overall experience.

I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, both of our table and in the buffet area. The buffet area is chaos. There is a very large variety of food and all of it looked very good (except the sliced fruit, which was clearly not yet ripe). However, everything we ate was cold. It definitely concerned me from a food safety aspect. The view was OK. You could sort of see some water past the line of trees, so don’t go thinking you’ll have wonderful views. We paid $85 CAD for 2 breakfast buffets (no add-ons), which was the most expensive meal we ate during our entire vacation. Definitely disappointing, and not worth it for what we got.

There were a number of problems at this hotel that were unacceptable. We had 2 rooms. Both had toilet issues soon after we checked in. One was clogged and the other had a defective float valve that didn't allow water to flow in. Staff apparently didn't notice when the room was serviced. The A/C was all on or off.Service man stated that the system works that way. The lobby was not cleaned regularly. Artificial flowers were dusty, tables were not cleaned well. Bell staff were overwhelmed...but remained pleasant! One would think that polite criticism would result in some action. I completed a Marriott generated survey and got a very perfunctory response. I have stayed here before and it certainly was not unacceptable. For the price paid, a very poor showing by Marriott's management team

Although the location is excellent and lobby is nice, the mattress in the room was poor. It was very soft and well past its due date. This was surprising given the high cost of the room. The linens were also past their prime and did not hold up well during our stay. Regardless, the room was clean and the view of the falls was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to the fernicular which takes passengers directly to the falls.

The Marriott has an incredible, prime location right on Canadian falls. The view from the room is stunning and we were able to enjoy unforgettable fireworks from our room The frot office Manager and her team are superb! They made our family vacation unforgettable ! Attention to detail is exquisite and I can only highly recommend to stay here when visiting Niagara

Good idea, poorly executed. We had a good time despite our experience with the hotel. The location is superb if you want to avoid the Vegas strip-like tourist area and only do non-boat Falls viewing. Re: the hotel itself, 1. Elevators must be fixed. They ignore up or down and stop at every floor. They are excessively slow and inexcusable for a $500/night hotel. No other respectable management would tolerate such and egregious oversight in operations. 2. Windows must be cleaned. We came for the view but every window in the hotel was marred by what looked like bug and bird matter. Again, poor maintenance that speaks of poor management 3. Room needed some kind of quality check. Shower had a broken handle. It was nice that there was a handheld shower head but the switch that diverted water from handheld to the stationary shower was broken.

Overall, we had a pretty nice stay. Our room was a great size for our family of four and we had a decent view of the falls from the sixth floor, though the higher floors probably have even better views. We could easily walk to plenty of places and the bus was super convenient. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too, but everything in the area (including this hotel) is very overpriced, so expect to pay more!

Very bad experience. Nobody cleaned up my room the first day. When I asked to clean an housekeeper just brought some towels but keep the toilet dirty! A bottle cap that I found close to bed is still there after two nights….The conditioning system was very noise, we couldn’t sleep Maybe too rooms for what they can manage. Parking fee very expensive
