TGI Friday's

Right as we put away our luggage, we were craving an afternoon snack and drink so we stopped by TGI fridays at the Embassy suits and it was worth great!

The drinks were excellent, the bartender really knows how to pour a good guinness, and the mixed drinks are excellent as well. We got the Strawberry Hennessy cocktail and it was great.

For the food, our server recommended the Buffalo Chicken Tostado Nachos. They were fantastic.

Services was great, food was great, drinks were great. Just a fun place all and all. Highly recommended.

Way over priced

I ordered chicken Quesadilla and the first cut was very good. However, the next slice had some unknown unidentified ingredients. Made me want to run and that I did!

Outrageously priced, disgusting food. $100 for two appies and a non-alcoholic drink. Food tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. Avoid at all costs.

The appetizers and beer were good, all of the other food not worth it. Also way too expensive compared to most other locations.

Service was the only good thing about this place. Food was absolutely terrible cold cheap etc bill was 135 bucks after tip wtf. Server was great but will absolutely never go again. The obvious sign was place being completely empty should have ran in the other direction after seeing that smh

New menu since the last time I visited and it was great. Some of the classic food tasted so good like years ago when I first visited TGIF.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Friday’s before. The service was absolutely terrible. Extremely rude bartender who did not want to be there at all. I understand if you’ve had a long day but there is no need to take it out on innocent customers. I will never go back to any Friday’s again. Applebees is better anyways.

lol automatic 18% gratuity on take-out? Really?

Food was meh.
Our server, who claimed to be the manager, was yelling at a co-worker at the bar to “Go home! No one wants to work with you!”.
Between waiting tables, he would go back and keep yelling at them, to shoo them off the property.
They also charge 18% tip on their meals automatically on top of the “tourist fee” and then ask for tip again on the total when paying.
Pretty terrible restaurant. They are only successful based on the location and amount of people coming through, definitely not on return customers. I would recommend eating elsewhere for sure.

The food was awful, All frozen. The service was bad. We had a birthday and they asked for cake cutting fee!!!!
Mike the manager was not cooperative.
I would never recommend.

Mike the manager was an absolute rude and disrespectful.. he insulted us and asked us to not to bring our birthday cake even after we said we are ok to pay the 20$ fee . The food was horrible and low quality meat.. just risk these kid of restaurants.

Explain me this . How can be auto gratuity on a table of 2. Are you kidding me. The lady was host that night . You can see date and time. And check the schedule who was scheduled at that time. She also took our bill. And bartender served us. You can clearly see there is employee discount was there. Thats a common sense that i am local. She still put tourist tax on it. And it was coupon of 100 dollars but she gave only 91 dollar discount purposely. And there should be no HST according to tax break going on in canada. She still charge us the tax.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was completely tasteless—bland and lacking any seasoning. It felt like no effort was put into making the dishes enjoyable. To make things worse, the service was just as bad. The staff was unbothered and not attentive at all. I had to wait forever just to get my order taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. I was also charged a tourist fee despite being a local. I was also charged tax, while the no-tax break on food is actively happening. I still tipped, and the waiter got mad that the tip was not over a certain percent. We paid over $60 on 2 appetizers. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend!
