I’ve never had a worse experience at a Friday’s before. The service was absolutely terrible. Extremely rude bartender who did not want to be there at all. I understand if you’ve had a long day but there is no need to take it out on innocent customers. I will never go back to any Friday’s again. Applebees is better anyways.

Food was meh.
Our server, who claimed to be the manager, was yelling at a co-worker at the bar to “Go home! No one wants to work with you!”.
Between waiting tables, he would go back and keep yelling at them, to shoo them off the property.
They also charge 18% tip on their meals automatically on top of the “tourist fee” and then ask for tip again on the total when paying.
Pretty terrible restaurant. They are only successful based on the location and amount of people coming through, definitely not on return customers. I would recommend eating elsewhere for sure.

The food was awful, All frozen. The service was bad. We had a birthday and they asked for cake cutting fee!!!!
Mike the manager was not cooperative.
I would never recommend.

Mike the manager was an absolute rude and disrespectful.. he insulted us and asked us to not to bring our birthday cake even after we said we are ok to pay the 20$ fee . The food was horrible and low quality meat.. just risk these kid of restaurants.

Explain me this . How can be auto gratuity on a table of 2. Are you kidding me. The lady was host that night . You can see date and time. And check the schedule who was scheduled at that time. She also took our bill. And bartender served us. You can clearly see there is employee discount was there. Thats a common sense that i am local. She still put tourist tax on it. And it was coupon of 100 dollars but she gave only 91 dollar discount purposely. And there should be no HST according to tax break going on in canada. She still charge us the tax.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was completely tasteless—bland and lacking any seasoning. It felt like no effort was put into making the dishes enjoyable. To make things worse, the service was just as bad. The staff was unbothered and not attentive at all. I had to wait forever just to get my order taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. I was also charged a tourist fee despite being a local. I was also charged tax, while the no-tax break on food is actively happening. I still tipped, and the waiter got mad that the tip was not over a certain percent. We paid over $60 on 2 appetizers. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend!

Place was completely empty when we arrived(we understand why now) order a couple drinks they served the wrong ones and even the replacements were completely flat… beer prices on the menu were $14 when we got our bill it said $15 when asked about it she just said “well the system has the updated prices and they haven’t updated the menus yet” food was mediocre and they proceeded to apply a mandatory 18% tip which was definitely not deserved in the slightest. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This place is over priced for the food you get. $44 for a thin ass chicken breast [ more like a thin cutlet] and 5 shrimp. The winds were ordered seemed like they were re fried. Waitress brought more straws and placed them on top of the dirty menu. Had to ask for more and then she brought it in wrappers. Terrible experience.

Vegetarian options: Not recommended restaurant. Ordered for a garden burger with caesar salad. They put a pork in it. Cant really trust. Very ordinary pasta which my wife ordered. Very high prices.

It was a good night out. Food tasted great but needed just a little bit of that TGI BBQ sauce. Service was great and the waitress was exceptional.

Decent food and great service, but be wary of the tourist trap prices. If you’re okay with paying almost twice as much as you’d pay in any other similar restaurant, you’ll have a great time.

$30 a plate for food that was cold and nasty. We ordered nachos and the cheese wasn’t even melted….so extremely disappointing to spend $100 on a bill and not even be able to eat the meal. The lighting was dark and I had to leave the table in order to find a server to help us where she replied with the kitchen staff forgets how to work after 10pm sorry

This one star is just because we had a great server, the restaurant charges $47 for a piece of frozen fried salmon, stale frozen vegetables that the baby carrots are unpeeled and browned due to long term freezing, and 2 cups of mashed potatoes, the salmon tasted ammonium awfully and it did tasted hard frozen and stale , I complained and they changed it for me in exchange for two thin pieces of grilled chickens soaked in a horrible salty and sweet sauce at $38 cost , poor quality food , over priced, they offered free dessert which I didn't accept, horrible quality food, unbelievable high prices
Mac donalds, kFC and other fast food chains are higher quality than this place, avoid throwing your money and killing your appetite at this place

Friday’s never disappoints! Their fall-off-the-bone ribs and perfectly glazed chicken wings are consistently delicious—definitely a must-try.

The relaxed ambiance, complete with comfortable seating, makes it an ideal spot to unwind.
