Joann was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. As was her manager Jill. They were very helpful with places to go and we had such fun with them.

Service was slow and it wasn’t busy. Food was great! But beware of hidden fees. They charged an extra 17.00 dollar in fees. And the prices on the menu are not what we were charged. We were charged 29.00 for a hamburger and the price on the menu was 19.00. Service was slow.

If I had to describe my experience here it can be summerised as a lack of attention to everything. The food was ok, the staff were either horrible or non existent and our first time here having menus thrown at the table we were forced to go to instead of getting to choose between bar seating or table seating was just perfect. Go anywhere else for a much better time.

The food was excessively oily, lacked flavor, and was overpriced for the quality offered. Unfortunately, it felt like a complete waste of money. I couldn’t even finish my meal because it was simply inedible :(

Party of 9 with 5 separate bills . Too many extra fees added per bill . $20-40 dollars extra after tax on all the bills . They even charge a tourist tax . 🤦🏽‍♀️
All bills were under 100 without the extra fees . Gratuity / tips automatically added too !
Food was ok and service was ok . Definitely wasn’t worth all the extra fees . Will not visit again

STAY FAR FAR AWAY. One order of fajitas and one order of ribs for $150. We only ordered take out since we got to the hotel late and knew TGIF is affordable. WRONG. And the food gave us traveler’s stomach as well. This is NOT a regular TGI Friday’s..STAY AWAY!.

This restaurant felt depressing and outdated, with old furniture and an unpleasant atmosphere. The food tasted microwaved, overly oily, and far from fresh. Service was poor overall—our waiter had a great personality and was funny when he actually came by, but he disappeared most of the night, and even getting water took forever. Sadly, the few positives couldn’t make up for such a disappointing experience.

My wife and I had a good time at TGIF. Server brought us cheesecake. Thanks for making our honeymoon memorable.

Will never ever come here again. The waitress Emma was amazing so this review does not reflect upon her at all. She was so sweet.
The manager however is not someone who should be allowed to be in this position.
I ordered the sizzling cheesy chicken and it came out undercooked and pink so they sent it back and had me eat just my potatos while I waited. Then they brought me another order of chicken and it came out pink and undercooked again.
The waitress called over the manager who couldn't care less. I did not eat anything except potatoes and they charged me the full $40 until my husband argued and the manager took off 75%..... still lmao.
I get gross undercooked food and have to still pay 25% for a scoop of potatoes. Soooo classy.
Do not recommend and will never be back

service was meh and food was average considering the price. i got burger for like $35 which i regret because i’ve had better food at wendy’s. The waitress kept looking at us and hovering over us as if we were gonna dine and dash or she just wanted us out of there as quickly as possible cus it’s the fastest service i’ve received at a restaurant and also the fastest “can i get you the bill” i’ve ever received, we weren’t even done. i’ve been to many restaurants and usually the customer is the one to ask for the bill, this was the first time this ever happened which kind of confirmed my suspicion of not being wanted there, we weren’t even greeted nicely, there were about 4 girls standing in the front not saying anything as if we weren’t standing there waiting to get seated. i’ve never gone to a restaurant and didn’t tip but this made me rethink that decision for sure, definitely regret giving that tip cus it was definitely not deserved.

Food is fine. Wouldn’t do the wings again but food is what you’d expect.

Ricky, our bartender, made our afternoon amazing. Attentive. Funny. Helpful.

I ordered 4 To-Go dinner and paying 40%+ between 18% Gratuity and 8% NFDF and 13% HST. See my attached receipt.

Food:
Kid Spaghetti, the pasta is under cook and it’s hard and tasteless.

Fish and Chips:
You got two medium size fried fish and LOTS of fries.

Ribs:
A full rack of ribs and LOTS of fries.

The food itself was so so, worst expectation than any regular chain restaurant.

The fees itself it’s totally unacceptable and is not transparent.

I reason I came to this TGIF because we are staying at the Embassy Suite and they give us a $20 coupon, so we figured mind as well use it. Plus if it not very late and my kids were hungry, I would go else where.

Hope this review helps give you a heads up what to expected and help those who only come to visit Niagara Falls.

Spending $30+ / person, I would rather spent on other fine dining near by with best view and much greater food.
