The Rainbow Room at the top of Crown Hotel offers a wonderful dining experience with great service, atmosphere, and views of Niagara Falls. The breakfast buffet was better than expected, with decent food options that even appealed to picky eaters, especially children. The meal cost is generally in line with the area, and some guests found it to be included in their room package. During weekday mornings, it doesn't get very busy, making it a relaxing place to enjoy breakfast. The view of the falls while dining is truly amazing, adding to the overall experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially for larger groups. While some guests felt pressured into tipping excessively in the past, the overall service and the stunning location make it a worthwhile visit, even if the quality of food and drinks sometimes doesn't fully match the restaurant's reputation.
