We went here for breakfast two days in a row ,first day no problem, second day I was served coffee in a dirty cup and there was scrambled eggs on the pepper shaker. I very discreetly took the manager aside and told him . He IMMEDIATELY said “you aren’t paying for your breakfasts today I’ll remove them from your bill” He never looked to see if I was telling the truth ,he never even hesitated, just an immediate apology and no bill . The food itself was excellent and the guy who cooks your omelets was a really nice man who was working very hard making custom plates. The waffles were huge ,the fruit was fresh , the atmosphere was pleasant and the view was beautiful. But the customer service was IMPECCABLE thus little things aside it’s a 5/5 for us .

My daughter and I had dinner here last weekend. She paid an extra $60 for a table with a view of the falls. I ordered the crusted salmon which was way overdone to the point of being dry. I had to scrape off the seeds (crust) as they overpowered the salmon. My daughter ordered the scallops which were good and we shared a calamari which was just okay. The waitress was lovely and accommodating. Not sure we will return as the cost was way overpriced for the quality of the food.

On the 10th floor of The Brock, the view is the highlight of this place. On-demand, chef-prepared omelets, buffet with good variety of breads, fresh fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, and more. We went on Sunday morning, price was $29.99, and well worth it. We paid the same yesterday for an omelette with 3 pancakes at a chain restaurant and the quality of the food was way lower. Our server was Sandra and she was excellent, checked on us often and had a cheery disposition and smile. Definitely recommend.

This incident happened several years ago, but it was the worst experience in a restaurant and I had to vent about it. Maybe the staff/manager has changed since then...hopefully they have. I went with my wife. The waitress yelled across the restaurant questions about our order. This was to be a romantic date getaway and this was a big disturbance. She announced to I guess the manager that she was leaving us alone for a few minutes because what? She was nervous we'd leave? steal? it was very uncomfortable. Was it race related? It felt that way.She then stood directly over my shoulder while I paid. Basically the waitress was terrible The worst. I hope she's gone and she's the reason we never returned. PLus the tiny circle cheesecake desserts were trash.

Our server, Volkan, is a very nice man. He's very attentive, and quick with a smile. Made us feel right at home. My coffee cup never seemed to go empty, and I can drink a LOT of coffee! The view of Niagara falls is unmatched from our table. There was no hurry or pressure of any kind. The food was also very good. The buffet was well attended and kept full and appetizing. Overall our breakfast was amazing, and again thank you, Volkan for making us feel so welcome and at home.?

There was 13 people in our group and our waiter was Alvin (I think was his name that’s what was on our receipt) he had our whole table alone and many other tables and he was amazing the best service I have ever had. He was very attentive to all our guests in our group. He also had a special dessert made for my daughter and her husband and surprised, which was super sweet. And the view of the falls from our table was amazing:)….thank you Alvin for making dinner special for my daughter and her husband

Service was very good and the breakfast buffet was okay.. not more more to expect from a buffet. The only thing that threw me off, was the waiter expected a $100 tip at breakfast and then mu husband felt pressured into tipping him $70. Personally I feel that's ridiculous for bring us 2 coffees and 2 apple juice..we got everything else ourselves. Guest should not be pressure into tipping.
