The food was fantastic! Tons of gluten free and dairy free options! They even have a dedicated gluten free fryer! Highly recommend. The service was amazing, food was fantastic!!

Great service and breakfast was delicious. My server Camille was attentive and very pleasant. Would definitely eat here again when in town. Niagara Falls location.

The food was okay, not the best burger we've ever had...the bottomless fries were great though. Our server was not present and he was hard to track down. We left the restaurant after spending almost $300 with tip. We walked next door to shop and my 10yo son needed to use the washroom. We walked back to the restaurant...maybe 5 minutes, and they wouldn't let us come back in.

I’m typically pretty selective with where I eat and critical of my burgers but this place was truly a happy surprise. The smash burger was amazing, the sweet potato fries were nice and crispy but the best part was Tammy, our server.

She was funny, knew every desire before we even asked, and explained the (frankly a little confusing) menu well. Tammy DESERVES A RAISE!! Our whole party was commenting how great she was and how she made the good food into a great experience.

I’d definitely come back. It’s not some tourist trap, it’s good food with great service.

Visiting beautiful Niagara Falls from Nova Scotia. We stopped in for some much needed sustenance. As it was our first time to the restaurant, our server, Tammy, took the time to explain the menu. We decided on a couple of smash burgers: Hot and Bothered for my husband, and Cali Smash for myself. Both were fresh and delicious. Our only regret was that we didn’t have a second stomach to try another burger. And Tammy was a delight! She was attentive without hovering, and ensured we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meals. Also, she was serving while wearing a medical walking boot. Talk about dedication! I hope The Works knows how lucky they are to have her.

So much to choose from in this burger bar. They also have pre-selected options as well as build your own. The table we were seated at was near the front windows. Not the best seat, would’ve preferred somewhere a little further from the next booth to us. They had flags for the teams of the World Cup and then another set for the top 16. The food was really good, homemade fries and fresh made chips. Everything we had ordered was very good.

Good food but more AC please!

No Air Conditioner inside the building. Temperature was higher that out side.

The burgers weren't cheap but I have to say that they were delicious. We spent around $61 US dollars for the two of us. I highly recommend the spicy chips.

The food and service were both great, but the heat inside the restaurant made it hard to enjoy the meal. It was uncomfortably warm the entire time, and it really took away from what would have otherwise been a great place to eat.

Listen here... I know you're craving a burger. But like... The good meaty cheesy kinda real burger. So here's the place. Don't look further.
The food is heaven, all of it. They have this sauce called Beach Sauce that you'll want to pour over your whole plate. And I'm giving the service 5 starts because I can't give any more. If you're lucky enough to be served by Tammy, you're in for an unbelievably enjoyable experience. She's sweet and very attentive. Our order was a little late, and she even through in some onion rings on the house for the troubles. The music is this pop-rock vibe too. My kind.

The candied bacon was amazing! The whole family had a great time.
