Really loved my burger! The patty was juicy and you could taste the char from it being cooked on a real grill. And the milkshake was spectacular as well

The worst experience while we were visiting Niagara. We were 2 and were super excited to try the burgers there but when we reached, we waited at the reception for atleast 10-13mins . The waitresses looked at us several times in between, without even coming to greet us or get us a table. One of them acknowledged us from far and we thought she was coming to us but instead, she went directly to another table and started serving. They were super disrespectful. In a way, I’m glad they did that because it pushed me to leave and go find another place and, thank goodness I did! I went to the place across the street, Kelsey’s. The place was packed and had twice the number of people that there were at The works, but there was someone who came to meet us within 2mins at the door and the food and the staffs were amazing there! @the staffs and waitresses at The Works, try to be more polite to customers. You could have atleast come to greet us and asked us to wait for a few minutes if you’re busy.

An exceptional restaurant with amazing food, we absolutely loved it! The service was just as wonderful. I forgot to ask the name of the amazing lady who served us, but her exceptional service truly stood out. Highly recommend!

Been here years ago and the burger is bit smaller now but still so delicious. 1 washroom for women and 1 for men so it has line. Went there around 2 pm on saturday and still busy. Friendly staffs and amazing customer service.

Parking: You need to park blocks away or the street behind the restaurant. No availble parking infront of the restaurant. Paid parking.

For $30 I was expecting the burgers to live up to the hype but it was so average like $12 burgers, and those fries were the worst... overcooked and super dry

There was a waiter guy there that thought I was a homeless person just cause I ordered takeout first but then I decided to eat in while waiting for my friends to arrive. Kept giving me the cold shoulder and suspicious eye..even after explaining to him that I'm just eating the takeout burger that I ordered from the same restaurant !

Safe to say I'm not coming here again ✌🏼

Was a bit long for the service but she was alone with the cook. But she gave an incredible service. And didn't mind waiting while listening to old rock music that was playing inside. Just for the taste, waiting was worth it.

We crashed the place after a long day walking at Falls. We heard of the works and had to try it. kudos to Wynne & Co who went above and beyond for us. The food was on point.
