People who dine here and complain about the price should realize the view alone would be minimum $100 for seeing the amazing sights from the restaurant. Service is efficient friendly and the food concept, variety and creativity is above normal hotel food. Overall the value is 100% there. We have dined here over a dozen times and are always satisfied
Fantastic food! Fantastic service! Fantastic drinks! All I can say is everything was fantastic. Surpassed our expectations by a million miles. Highly recommended
Had not experienced the “Local Tax” on a bill yet. 👎🏻 The food overall was very delicious, good portions. The calamari and the truffle fries were too salty. Nice service and atmosphere. The $79+ 3-course meal has a good variety of options.
You're there for the view which is lovely. That being said, my hopes weren't very high for the food but potatoes were not even cooked. Eggs were fine, service was fine. The area, price is still worth it for view - just know what you're getting
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant
Food - We had the three course menu. My first item was the beet salad. This part was nothing special, just a beet salad. Still tasty tho.
Then the salmon main. Soooooo good.
Chocolate mousse for dessert was my fave part. Delicious!
Wine selection was fantastic as well.
I’ve been to a million restaurants in Niagara and a lot of them are cheesy, over priced, nothing special. This one was so much better than most Niagara restaurants. Not the best fine dining and there are definitely some higher end options (more so at the bigger wineries, but for a place with a stellar view, this rocks).
Service - great. Very attentive and friendly.
Ambiance - gorgeous!!! You can’t beat that view.
Bathrooms - clean and easily accessible
Other - this restaurant is accessed through the hotel. You have to take an elevator to get to it and it’s a terrible wait.
Note: we came back for breakfast. The breakfast shift was wayyyyy too busy, service was incredibly slow. Food was only ok and coffee was awful (machine coffee, keurig or something, not a real barista). Aside from the view being great, I wouldn’t go here for breakfast.
Unfortunately they have only a veg hearty soup for vegetarians.
Everything else has meat in it.
WAY overpriced, the food was served not hot, not once but twice, and was either overly salty/spicy or bland. My wife ate alone on Valentine's Day while I waited for my second cold meal. Great views, but for $200/couple, without drinks, I expected much more, especially on Valentine's day.... Called mgmt 3x, was told it would be looked into, never rec'd a callback as promised. I would not eat here again, even if it was on the house. Huge disappointment.
The food was exceptional, especially the mussels, my favourite. The service was also top-notch, with attentive and friendly servers who made us feel welcome. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. While the price was a bit higher than average, the quality and quantity of the food made it well worth the cost. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience!
Fabulious dishes paired with perfectly timed, attentive service. The views are stunning. Live sax player was a classy touch. Great cocktails. Do not skip this dining expereince!
We have been to this restaurant several times and recommended it to friends. My wife and my experience on New Year's day was sub par. One of the tenderloin steaks was 2 ends put together and entree were served cold. Bread was greasy soaked in olive oil and would have preferred fresh bread. Mushroom was a little crusty burnt. Service was below par and waiter was aloof and a bit condescending, judging our choice of wine (not knowing our reason). Least palatable was the pricing - prix fixe and ++ but when you add everything we would have been better off with ala carte menu. Not good value for the money. Only positive was the ambiance. Doubtful if we'd go back and certainly would not hesitate to mention our experience to those we have recommended it to.

The promotion photo implies we would have a table beside the window. Our table was in the walkway with the staff bumping into my chair because of lack of space. The windows are floor to ceiling, so we still had a reasonable view.
This location was fully staffed and seemed like family with a group staff photo taken at the end of the night.
They seemed focused on putting a small amount of food on a large plate. I'm not sure why they do this.
They did have live music that was really good, but no dance area available.
Also, I'm not sure why the couple before us was told they had to leave in 90 minutes, but we were encouraged to stay as long as we were wanted, and we're even offered more drinks.
The price was way, way too high for what was offered and what was not.
Because of this, I don't see the point in returning to this location.

Great rooftop view of Niagara Falls - restaurant fixtures do seem very outdated though
Limited pre-fixed meal options were of high quality

This location is a premium location with a premium view of both the Canadian and US waterfalls. We were also fortunate to have a great vantage point of the fireworks show that occurred by the falls. With the premium location came a premium price that would have been worth every penny had the food been the same standard as the staff, the location, and the view.
From the set menu options, my wife and I had:
Mussels - very good
Fried Calamari - very good
Truffle fries - average
Pumpkin ravioli - average
Rib steak - below average - $20 premium for this option
Creme brulee - below average - custard was too dense
Apple tartin - poor - crust was soggy
3 drinks
Tax and tip $300 CDN

Amazing location to dine on a special occasion.. The meal was both delicious and reasonably priced. The wine and cocktails were on the expensive side. Excellent spot for an elegant dinner near the falls.
