We enjoyed their “Date Night” 3 Course Meal and it was fantastic. We would recommend for both the food and panoramic views of both Falls and the city!!

We love coming here! The food and the service is amazing and let's not forget the incredible view. It has been our go to place anytime we are staying in Niagara.

Amazing birthday dinner experience at The Watermark. Amazing views of both the Canadian and American falls. Delicious food and amazing service. We did the date night special and it was incredible value for your money. Will be back!

The food was delicious. Our service was just ok. The price - outrageous; at least in our opinion and in comparison to other comparable restaurants. Quality of food I would compare to the Keg but easily double the price. $80 each just to sit down and choose your 3 courses. Many extra fees for common dishes. Drinks were decent at $12 for a rum and $15 for a Caesar.

I feel like this experience was not high end . I hated the fact we got the prefix menu and we had to point out we were supposed to get wine was so uncomfortable . I seen another couple having to complain they wanted the prefix but the hostess telling them they had to book that online . The couple then went and did book it as we all waited for our table in order to get the deal . Super tacky . The food was OK but not for the bill we got . I wouldn't book again. You are paying for a view only because this doesn't feel high end .

The view and classy vibe at the Watermark were great. The wait staff was very attentive, friendly, and good at their jobs. The early bird fixed price menu was a great deal but the food was average. For the price of C$59 it was okay, but I would recommend paying for more choices at the $79 (Canadian) level.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday after hearing many good recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite meet expectations. I had included in my reservation notes that it was a birthday celebration, so I was hoping for at least a small acknowledgment. I noticed other guests receiving birthday cakes, but mine was overlooked, which was disappointing on what was meant to be a special day. The food itself was decent, but I felt it didn't fully match the price point. The service could also have been warmer and more attentive, as I felt a bit uncomfortable during my visit. While I understand oversights can happen, it's the little details that make special occasions memorable. I truly hope the restaurant can improve in this area so future guests can enjoy a more thoughtful and consistent experience.

Beautiful views of the falls and meal was very good however the menu limitations without add on costs are reason for lower rating. Server was great!

We made a late night reservation with the hopes of getting a window seat to see the falls. We put it in our special requests. When we arrived we were given a seat in the back, when there were tables at the window available. I thought maybe they're saved for VIP, Hilton Honors (which we are and have the HH Amex), but the tables stayed open the entire time. Super disappointed with the hostess's working. On a positive note, Our server was phenomenal! $400 for 2 adults, 1 child a window seat would have been nice.

We had a great evening. Good food, great service and live music. Let's not forget the amazing view of the falls.

The view was breathtaking & the sunset colours were amazing. Food was good & they wrote happy birthday for me with a candle

Breakfast was awful! This is also their breakfast restaurant. The food is extremely overpriced - C$28 for 2 small pieces of cold, worse than buffet French toast & a few berries and C$5 for an awful cup of coffee. Seriously, just make it a buffet and be over with it.
The view is great if you were not unlucky enough to be facing the rising sun dead on, as I was.
Can't fault the service, it was great.

The service was great. The foods presentation was beautiful. Desert, Watermark salad and Ceaser salad was fanomanal . Unfortunately the seared chicken and the pork medalian dinner wasn't anything special. 😕 The chicken was bland and the pork was tough.

Wonderful dining experience with a beautiful water fall view! Service was excellent as was the food. Wine suggestion was great!
