The evening started with a line up to get seated. We had a reservation but many people arrived at the same time. No problem they are busy I get it. Once seated the waiter serves stale bread... then a soggy appetizer, which was suppose to be crispy pork belly, but crispy it was not. Then on to the main, which took over an hour. I order a medium rare striploin which arrived rare. I never send anything back however 8spoke with the waiter and he got me another one. By then the person I was dining with had already finished their meal. We had a show to get so did not have time for dessert and had to get it to go. The waiter was busy all night so it appeared they did not have enough staff. They also brought other diners food to our table multiple times. So all in all it was a disappointing experience especially for the price.

We made it back for what has turned out to be an annual stop on our yearly visit to the Falls. It was so nice to enjoy the amazing food, including the Butternut& Sweet Potato Soup, Oysters Rockefeller, Pork Medallions and Black Angus Beef Tenderloin which was one of the best meals we've enjoyed in a while! It was also so nice to see Melissa/ Darren and Raymond again and enjoy the amazing experience they help provide! Thanks again and see you next trip!

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. I am GFDF and the menu was very accommodating and so was the Chef. Our server Galvin was attentive and timely in our service - without feeling rushed. The manager Ryan was amazing, friendly and happy to go above and beyond! We are locals and will absolutely return - can’t wait!

I had dinner there several times in the past, and since I was staying for a week + end of December 2025, I decided to have breakfast and dinner. The food is not that great, but people do not understand the concept of this high-end restaurant; you do not go there to fill your tummy. This is an experience, a place to enjoy the view and relax; the view is spectacular. At the end of the day, YES, this place is expensive, if you can't afford it, go to Subway or something!

The view and location are the clear highlights, and the staff seemed to be doing their best, but the restaurant felt understaffed. It was extremely crowded, with about a 20-minute wait just to get a table.
Service was inconsistent and likely impacted by how busy it was. We tried a variety of dishes with mixed results. The eggs Benedict was OK, but the potatoes were not good and the bread felt not fresh and impossible to cut. The eggs in purgatory were decent and flavourful, though the order was originally forgotten till we followed up once everyone else got their food. The steak and eggs were good.
The kids’ eggs meal was especially disappointing—eggs so dry that even our child couldn’t eat it. I had the bagel with lox, which was just okay; the bagel tasted stale, and below expectations.
On the beverage side, the brewed coffee was good, but the cappuccino was not great.
Overall, while the view is nice and breakfast was included as part of a package (making it decent value), the food quality and service don’t justify the experience on their own.

Been to this restaurant a number of times in large part we have always had great service and love the view.
In saying the food has typically been decent; not at a level of fine dining.
Well this time the food was terrible.
We ordered the Caprese that came with flavorless tomatoes and covered in a pesto with cheese. That said we had a Caprese in Niagara earlier that day at an Italian restaurant for lunch that by comparison was excellent based on the ingredients including quality tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil and cheese. Well the Watermark not only failed on using quality ingredients but attempted to hide it by layering pesto to compensate for the lack of flavor and quality ingredients.
This held true for our main couse. I ordered the Prime Rib which would expect to have been cut off a roast while my girlfriend ordered the Shrimp meal.
Anyway the Prime rib was clearly a poor cut of meat overwhelmed with fat, salt and a gravy to hide the quality of cut and how it was cooked. I ordered a medium rare (Early in evening 7 PM) but yet no red anywhere was seen. The shrimp too was way over cooked and tasted like they were re heated as were totally dry.
Did we tell the waiter...? We don't tend to be like that but waiter knew as he had been great checking on us but never asked about how the food was.
Anyway I will not be going back or paying extra for the Hilton packages offered to use their restaurants. I may not go back to Hilton as this experience was just not acceptable.
Our bill was also at a fine dining cost at over $400 including bottle of wine but I would go to a Jack Astors or Applebee's or really any chain now before going here given the experience as at least I know what I am getting.

Had an amazing time here on NYE! The food delicious, paired with some fantastic wine, and the ambiance was perfect. A refined atmosphere to usher in the new year. Our server, Mark, was wonderful. We look forward to future date nights here!

Atmosphere was nice with great views of the falls. Service was very good, but food was overpriced for what you get. My steak was average at best.

I did a reservation since 20 days before New Year Eve and I asked for a good place next to a window. We arrived at the place 15 min before and What are they doing? They sat us in the pantry area. This is so humiliating and disgusting.
We are paying the same $150CAD each like the other people in regular places.
Just because other people doesnt want to leave at their time or something.
Just be aware of this place.

We got the date night package which included a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine. I gotta give a shoutout to our waiter Nicholas who was an absolute gem.
Our food was absolutely incredible! From the starters to the desert. The best 3 course meal you will honestly ever have that keeps you full till the end of the night lol. And of course you can’t beat the view which is amazing.
