Watermark Fallsview Dining

Lovely diner at Watermark prior to a concert. Early seating at 5 required to meet 8 pm concert on site. Food was good quality and well prepared. Service was good, server very conscientious. A broader selection of wines beyond Ontario would be nice.

The food was delicious, the service was great and the date night deal perfect!

The service was amazing. We went there for breakfast as well as dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and was hot. We came back for dinner. Again the waiter was polite and considerate. We meet the head chef. One of the best meals we have in a restaurant in a very long time.

The evening started with a line up to get seated. We had a reservation but many people arrived at the same time. No problem they are busy I get it. Once seated the waiter serves stale bread... then a soggy appetizer, which was suppose to be crispy pork belly, but crispy it was not. Then on to the main, which took over an hour. I order a medium rare striploin which arrived rare. I never send anything back however 8spoke with the waiter and he got me another one. By then the person I was dining with had already finished their meal. We had a show to get so did not have time for dessert and had to get it to go. The waiter was busy all night so it appeared they did not have enough staff. They also brought other diners food to our table multiple times.So all in all it was a disappointing experience especially for the price.

Overly priced for sub par food. Salty, barely seasoned lamb, overly sweet salad and weak cocktails. Service was slow, and took a long time for food to come out of the kitchen. You're better off going to a chain restaurant.

We have been to the Watermark several times and always look forward to dining there. We did not feel the food was at the level we have enjoyed in the past. We were served stale sliced bread and had to ask for fresh. Never should happen ever. The mussels were ok at best. The salmon was overcooked. Chicken dish was fine. Our server, Darren, did a great job even though it was extremely busy. On a positive note - the view over the falls never fails.

The waiter we had was amazing! Just don't like the fact that a $50.00 tip and gratuity was on the bill without my approval, although I tipped on top of that that's for me to Decide based on my experience and the service that was provided not the restaurant to decide.

you go to this restaruant for the view not the food! the service was slow, the bill was incorrect as they didn't show the discount for attending the show later the evening (they didn't even ask) and the surcharges are somewhat excessive (Lamb - $26,00) as the choices without surcharges are very limited (2 options) i would not recommend this place as there other options (ie. Skylon Tour) that offer better food expecting to pay higher prices for the view.

We made it back for what has turned out to be an annual stop on our yearly visit to the Falls. It was so nice to enjoy the amazing food, including the Butternut& Sweet Potato Soup, Oysters Rockefeller, Pork Medallions and Black Angus Beef Tenderloin which was one of the best meals we've enjoyed in a while! It was also so nice to see Melissa/ Darren and Raymond again and enjoy the amazing experience they help provide! Thanks again and see you next trip!

Our server Galvin was attentive and timely in our service - without feeling rushed. The manager Ryan was amazing, friendly and happy to go above and beyond! We are locals and will absolutely return - can’t wait!

Fantastic evening at the watermark. Food was fantastic especially the watermark salad and beef tenderloin. Cooked to perfection in medium rare, overall dish had great flavours and the potatoes were phenomenal. Great for a couples night out.

We enjoyed another amazing evening and meal at Watermark! thanks to Melissa for making another amazing memory in our annual Watermark evening!

A go to restaurant every time we visit Niagara. View is spectacular. Great service and ambiance - nice place to wind down and relax! Food as always is excellent!!

Went for breakfast, very pricey but food was really good.
