The Reuben sandwich was very good. The pesto chicken Panini was just OK. What was very disappointing is that we were charged a dollar for tap water. This is unacceptable when we’re already paying for food. Tap water should be free (just like everywhere else)! The service was good, however, the cashier should have told us about the fee for tap water rather than just adding it onto the bill, without mentioning it

Great breakfast, affordable. The server was so nice. I had asked for a few modifications to my order request and she obliged no problem.

Coffee was good and presented with a heart on top. Cute.

Decor is what you’d expect at any Williams / nothing too special.

We are new to the area but love William’s so we were excited to find one close to home. We have been a few times, and while the food and drinks are top notch, the service was cold and unwelcoming. Everyone working look so miserable, no smiles, no courtesy..just very awkward. We love the food and atmosphere but the employees behaviours keep us from wanting to go in. Today we went through drive-thru and I got my usual large cappuccino. Even through drive-thru the customer service...
