The buffet barbecue I attended was disappointing. The menu offered only marinated meat options: pork bulgogi, and beef bulgogi, along with a single large piece of chicken that was difficult to grill evenly. The meat all tasted the same. Additionally, a gratuity of 15% was automatically added to the bill.
Given that we were only two people, the server visited us three times: once for the initial order, once for a second refill, and once to present the bill. He did not clean the plates and allowed them to accumulate on the table.
The side dish station was also self-service and offered limited options. This raises the question of why we were required to pay for the forced gratuity that I believe the server and the restaurant did not deserve.
The high reviews are misleading, as they are likely influenced by the complimentary soda.
Overall, the experience was a total waste of time and money.

All the food was very delicious and flavourful. The grill cooked the food well and was good quality. And we got a desert at the end that made the whole experience worth it! Highly recommend
