Zappi’s Pizza & Pasta is a fantastic Italian restaurant! We ordered the Chicken and Vegetable pizzas, and they were absolutely delicious—full of fresh flavors and perfectly cooked. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
The only downside was that our order took a bit longer to arrive, but considering it was a busy weekend, it was completely understandable. The quality of the food more than made up for the wait. Highly recommend Zappi’s for anyone craving authentic, tasty Italian pizza and pasta!

Food was great! We love their pizza! We also tried the fried mozzarella and it was amazing. The sauce is so good! My only complaint is the fruit flies. We had to swat them away throughout the entire meal and some landed in our food. I know it's hard to control them but there are ways.

The restaurant was very nice and had a quaint atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. We were delighted we made reservations a few weeks before we arrived. It's very popular.

My wife and I visit this restaurant every time we're in Niagara Falls. The food is good and reasonably priced and the service has always been excellent!

Food was amazing as always. This visit our waitress seemed a little frazzled or pre occupied. One of the waiters actually recognized and step in for any inconsistencies in service which was nice.

Delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere with great service. Prices were a little high. I did not expect a side salad to cost $15. Otherwise, all was good!

Was at zappis on Saturday September 6th with my husband and son. My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.

ZAPPI'S has a great sauce. Their stuffed hot peppers are awesome as an appetizer of with the penne as a meal.

Made a reservation few days prior for 5:15 pm as we were attending a show at the casino that night . when we arrived the restaurant it was packed and we had to wait 40 minutes to get seated . What was the point of making a reservation only to wait almost an hour to be seated . Was not offered any percentage off our bill for having to wait. Or maybe like a free appetizer or even a drink . Not that they have to do it but would of been a fair gesture . The food was okay this time ,any other time we have went it was great . Maybe they were having an off day . Our waitress was fantastic she was super friendly and made sure we had everything we need .
