Zappi's Pizza & Pasta

This was my 2nd time at Zappi's. The garlic bread ring , with tomato dipping sauce, was delicious. Pizza was good. My husband had the steak sub and thought it was okay. The wings are a great size. Good flavor. I, personally, like them a little crispier. Noise level was energetic but that's because it's always busy. A well liked establishment. Overall, another good dining experience at what is quickly becoming a favorite.

What a little gem. The decor is not that fancy, but the food was absolutely delicious. Staff were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Our first time going but not our last. We did the date night, $50 total for both of us. Shared app, a main each, a shared dessert and the best complimentary bread I've ever eaten. We ate until we were full and both brought food home for our lunches the next day. Our server was so nice and the atmosphere was cute. We loved it!

Our reservation was for 7pm , we were not seated until 7:30 . Other than that , everything else was great .

I went here for the first time a little while back. I ordered their Calzone and it was excellent. I will be back! :)

If you are looking for a convenient Italian place close to your hotel - look somewhere else. The food was not good. The best thing we had was the pizza and it was barely better than a chain pizzeria

We had a terrific meal at Zappi’s tonight. The Greek salad was very generous and our pizza was delicious. The meal was obviously hand made with fresh ingredients.
Coincidentally, we met the owner who shared with us his passion and pride for the restaurant. Based on our observations tonight, it was easy to believe people keep coming back to eat there.

Kid-friendliness: Kids at the table next to us were given some pizza dough to play with as they waited for their meal.

The young fellow at the front door taking table requests and turning tables over sure did HUSTLE! Did a great job. Once we were seated the food was HOT and FRESH and quick given the restaurant was packed. They also were doing a brisk take out business so that kitchen must have been hustling too. Was a nice option to check out while we were in town for a couple nights.

Very unimpressed. Pizza dough was like cardboard, cheese very greasy, medium wings that had zero spice, and sloppy cheesecake. This was a delivery order. Last time I order from here. For the price, one of the worst.

Delicious! Classic, old-school Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Hit the spot on a cold, snowy night. The "make your own pizza" for kids is one of a kind - they bring out a pan of dough, sauce, cheese, and other toppings and the kids top their own pizza just the way they like it. I wish more places did this! We will definitely be back the next time we visit.

NOTE: It's a family owned place, the prices are reasonable, and they DO NOT add a made-up "destination fee" or "tourist fee" fo the bill that the vast majority of (mostly corporate chain) restaurants in the tourist area add to line the owners' pockets under a false pretense. The food and service are 5-star, and these facts just add to the appeal.
