Zappi's Pizza & Pasta

We discovered this place on our last night visiting which is too bad because we would have eaten here every night. Pizza was great but i’ll be dreaming about the chicken alfredo! It’s worth the trip away from the falls for something non chain and less touristy.

Went for lunch last week with my husband and we had chicken parm sub and Philly cheese steak sub. the food was delicious. Our waitress was very pleasant and had a smile all the time. The place was busy but every table was being covered by the great staff. Going back tomorrow bring the whole family, can't wait. Update: went back and brought our son and our fur babies, sat out in the patio. We were lucky to have the same server, NATASHA, who is the best. Great smile with a great personality. The food, again, was delicious. We will see you soon Natasha thank you again.

Pizza was great, but pasta and Alfredo sauce was even better! Always hard to pick in a touristy area. Great choice!

Absolutely amazing.
Came from Alberta to Niagara for a holiday. Would like to say as far as food we had there. This is definitely a hidden jewel. Best we had while we were there hands down.

A great restaurant. Very economical compared to other nearby restaurants. Captures authentic Italian cuisine, with amazing food (I had a calzone), an extensive menu, good service, and the patio area was nice in the summer.

Typically, it's one of our favourite restaurants. We've been going here for decades.

Tonight it was all new wait staff to us.

We went in as usual and were greeted at the door. We went to the patio where we sat at the last shaded table for 17 minutes before any of the three waitresses bothered to tell us the table was reserved. We were looked at but ignored. They bussed two other tables but did not take the cup from the one we were at. They also completely served another table.

We have been there about 4 times since it changed owners. With the full time waitress we know, we NEVER had poor service, she is always friendly. I hope this isn't how it will be managed moving forward.

Our server Stephanie was fantastic. We had the fried mozzarella, Greek salad, and Zappi's pizza and it was all great. The friendliest service we had while visiting Niagara. Wish we lived closer!

We have been to Zappi's several times in the past and we've never had a problem. Unfortunately last night was an exception. The amount of time that was spent waiting for any kind of service was not necessary as the restaurant was not full. Our meal however was delicious as always but the service was not acceptable. Our waitress took our order for drinks and appetizers but took a very long time to bring the drinks back to us and take our meal orders. Although she apologized we saw many other people get their meals and serviced a lot faster. Service was our big issue from last night.

Amazing experience here! My husband and I were last minute looking for a restaurant to have dinner for our anniversary. We came across Zappi's and decided to give it a shot and we absolutely loved it here! The ambience was great and very cozy. The servers were super welcoming and friendly. The noise level was perfect. The food was delicious! We got a sweet potato fries to share and the portion was huge! Largest basket of fries I have ordered. Then we got a large meat lovers pizza and couldn't even finish it. The crust was fluffy and soft. We are already looking forward to coming here again!

As locals, this is one of our go-to places before a show at the casino! Our server Mirella was wonderful! Her attention to detail always makes our visit special. The food was outstanding as usual. From Pizza to pasta to the sangria, we enjoyed it all!

Loved our first time at zappi's. really good, simple Italian with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

Overall great diner food was excellent and service was great nothing to complain about at all and prices are very good
