The customer service here went way above and beyond our expectations - I cannot say enough great things about Hozan, she is a true gem! The chocolate croissant was fresh, extra chocolatey and delicious, plus the latte was smooth and rich. I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have a kind, hardworking and proactive person like Hozan on their team who makes every effort to ensure customers are happy!

Hozan was so incredible & helpful! After not knowing what to order on the menu she came out and gave my mum and I some great recommendations. The spicy chicken bowl was so delicious and fresh, amazing flavors.

This is a nice spot I enjoy when I can sit on the patio enjoy a soup and watch the shoppers go by. It's a busy location it's often loud. But it in a food court of a shopping mall so it's expected. Quality of food is always good and fresh. Staff are polite and location is clean.

I stopped by Aroma around 5:10 and there was just one person being helped and two people ahead of us. It still took until 5:20 before we were able to place our order. It really felt like there should have been more staff working at that time. On top of that, when we finally got to the counter, the person taking our order didn’t even acknowledge the long wait we had just experienced. A simple “thanks for waiting” would have gone a long way. The food and drinks are good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Bought their iced brewed for $3.95. Though a bit expensive than Tim’s, still pretty good drink. I would definitely buy it again.
