Excellent food good attitude

The food, coffee, pastries, and drinks are always top-notch, and the service is consistently attentive and friendly. We love coming here after parkrun and it’s always a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

The barista Preston is amazing so attentive and alert and his communication skills are amazing. He’s such a great guy loved being served by him.

Always a great experience at Aroma! Mikayla is kind, friendly, and consistently provides excellent service. Shalom and the rest of the team are also very welcoming and helpful! The iced coffee never disappoints, and the cappuccino is always made to perfection. Pastries are fresh and delicious, and despite the high foot traffic, the store is always well-kept. Highly recommend stopping by!

Colby was an excellent server, answered all questions and never stopped smiling. When I asked for a slice of cake to be cut in half, he asked if it would be ok if a butter knife was provided - store protocol I assumed - which was absolutely fine. The tray presentation was lovely, And Colby was still smiling even while cleaning tables - lovely lad! Adding to the cheery environment of the restaurant. We plan to return there next on our next shopping trip.

Aroma is one of those unique cafes which tries to embody the full European cafe experience. And, while this can be difficult in a non-European location, they do a pretty good job!!
On the day that my guests and I visited this location, a bus of tourists from Spain made sure they stopped and enjoyed a cup of their favourite beverage.
The food offerings are fresh and tasty. And, the staff are friendly, despite the language barriers they were working through with the visiting Spaniards.
It is for this reason that we usually make the effort to stop from our shopping experience and enjoy the atmosphere of this location. Keep up the great work!!

I often order the chicken avocado sandwich, but this time was quite disappointing. The bread wasn’t toasted, and there was very little filling in the sandwich. To make matters worse, I found a hair inside it. It seemed like the person who prepared it was in a rush and didn’t bother to toast the bread properly.

My previous experiences had been good, but this one was the worst. After discovering the hair, I threw the food away. It feels like the employees don't follow proper protocols when preparing food. Additionally, the taste was off, as if old ingredients were used.

Overall, I had a poor experience.
