My partner, mother in law, and I got some drinks here while waiting for a wedding reception. We had a VERY strange experience with a waitress named Abby. She basically ignored my existence and only talked to my partner. When I ordered a drink she would give it to him instead of me. We all agreed she treated me very very oddly and made us a little uncomfortable. The service was also extremely slow (we had to basically chase down someone for a drink order).

Had a nice early afternoon cocktail at Bacchus. The outdoor patio is lovely. We had martinis which were pretty good and my wife had the PEI mussels which she said were also very good. A great place to pass a couple of hours enjoying the sun in NOTL.

We’ve been lucky enough to enjoy lots of high-end dining experiences. And while the food and the service at Bacchus Lounge & Patio is very strong, the price point is disproportionate. We ate a la carte, sharing three starters between four, four mains, three puddings and four glasses of wine and two soft drinks. The check came to more than $800. You’d expect a decent tasting menu in London for that!

The bar is very nice and had a great patio. The range of wine was great. The food was served but the bar is casual with some sports screens

I've had the pleasure of visiting the Bacchus Lounge in Queens Landing 12 times or more. An old-world atmosphere that's both relaxed and inviting. It's been our go-to spot. Mom has Alzheimer. She enjoys quiet people-watching, always with her favorite decadent hot coffee (generously topped with whipped cream and a splash of Baileys!) and a delicious crème brûlée. Even though as a rule she does not drink in her mid 80s I discovered she enjoys this special coffee treat.

Our most recent visit was a bit busier due to the weather, and Mom's frothy drink ended up a little messy— over the sides; but honestly, with the lovely past experiences did not give it a second thought.

The staff at Bacchus Lounge consistently go above and beyond.
I especially want to highlight a few individuals who have made our visits so memorable. On one of our very first afternoon visits, when the bar was quiet and cozy, an employee named Joe (whose name I just recently learned, thanks to our fantastic waitress Maria!) wasn't even our server, but he took the time to check on us and later returned with a single rose for Mom. That simple act of kindness meant the world to both of us. We've also had the pleasure of meeting Kelly, who often will give Mom a single rose.

Beyond Joe and Kelly, special mention for Terrel, the lovely Romanian girl, the wonderful Colombian girl, the tall bartender, and Marie, who was so kind and helpful with my notebook during our last visit.

Queen’s Landing’s Bacchus Lounge is a special place, with a thoughtful staff and warm, cozy ambiance. I'm grateful for the consistent care and kindness we receive every single time we visit.

We go here quite often as we are locals and find this place “less touristy” as it’s still in Old Town NOTL but not along the busy Queen street…there is a varied menu and the view of the marina is really nice. Love going here every time.

Boy has this place gone downhill. First we asked the hostess if we could just sit at the bar and we were told yes. So we entered the bar area and were told in a rather rude manner by another woman to go wait by the door to be seated. Which was stupid because we were already seated. We were taken to the back of the lounge where it was quite warm and uncomfortable. It was more than a few minutes before anyone came over although the place was sparsely populated. We asked if we could sit outside since it was warm in there anyway. We were finally served our drinks which were fine, no complaints and then I ordered some breads and spreads off the menu. Not sure how old this bread was, but it was stale and impossible to ingest. A better establishment would have just disposed of it and told us that they didn't have any rather than to serve this and charge for it. I decided to forego ordering anything else based on what I saw they were already willing to serve, coupled with the horrendous service and the lack of attention that we had been given so far. I can remember a day when the Queen's Landing/ Tiara Dining Room/ Bacchus Lounge was an upscale establishment with fine dining and exquisite service. Not sure what happened but this is not what I had become accustomed to.

I sat for 20 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged by the staff. Really disappointed, the positive reviews had me excited. Also, was actually quite dirty inside and turned me off.

It was late and we were a large group that couldn't get in anywhere else at 930 on a Saturday night. So we ended up here, we were one of the only tables and had excellent service and a great time

I’m not sure where to begin but I will start by saying that this lounge hit the nail on the head for perfect atmosphere! I came for cocktails and dinner, and was served by Hayden and Aaron. When it comes to Aaron, Let me point out a level of service that defines top- notch. His smile, personality and knowledge made this experience truly wholesome. I must also mention my dinner server Hayden who hustled with every step he made. He exuded complete care for his job. I suggest being served by either one will be the most worthwhile moment ever. 10/10 for this place and these two employees.

Visit Sunday April 27, 2025 for beverages and light fare, party of four. Server was Aaron. Mobility impaired accessible, ample parking and convenient as we were guests at Queen's Landing. Bar area was comfortable was atmosphere classy but relaxed. Beverage and food menu options were very good. Staff were professional, friendly and well informed of all the offerings as Aaron was able to make excellent recommendations.

Went here twice while staying at Queens Landing. Had dinner and was served by Aaron and lunch served by Gerardo. Both were amazing and provided great service.
One of my kids didn't want to share their fries with the other, and Gerardo came out with a bowl of fries for her! So nice of him to do for her and us as parents that we didn't have to hear them argue over a few fries.
