Between The Lines Winery

Came here on a group wine tour and had an ok experience. The wine was good, which was what made the experience get 3 stars. But, the service was just ok, we didn’t get any details about the wine we were having. We found the servers didn’t enjoy serving our group and the experience was just not what we got at other winery’s.

I highly recommend Between The Lines Winery. Beautiful wines, intimate atmosphere and great staff.

We visited Between the Lines as part of a winery tour - it was by far our favourite stop on the tour! The snacks and wine were delicious, and the staff were very knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Elaine, who was the highlight of our visit! She was so attentive, funny, and kind - she made sure to include great food recommendations for the vegetarians in our group, so that no one was left out 😊 Very much recommend!

Great winery! We ordered a few flights and fell in love with the Icewalker Cabernet Franc ice wine. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

I had such a wonderful experience at Between the Lines Winery! The atmosphere is charming, and the wines are absolutely delightful. I tried several samples, and each one had its own unique character and flavor. The highlight of my visit was the person serving the wine he was so patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each wine in detail, along with the fascinating history of the winery. It felt personal, welcoming, and genuinely passionate. Highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great wine and a great story behind it! 🍷✨

Stopped here on a wine tour. They had some good selections of wine , great tasting. A lot of wines made in stainless steel vs oak barrels and enjoyed the different flavours.

Very kind staff, not high-class wines, but a variety of grapes and a modern presentation. Some grapes with German origin, e.g. Lemberger. Wonderful wine tasting with a lot of background information. Small winery and a quite personal athmosphere.

As someone who has been in the industry for nine years I can say without a shadow of a doubt this was the best experience I have ever had. The wine was delightful- I strongly recommend the Cabernet Leon. But that wasn’t what stood out the most even though it should have. Elaine made our experience EXCEPTIONAL. Her personality shines through and she made a connection with each of us. A family owned winery that makes you feel like family-genuinely, in every sense of the word. This is a memory our family will share for quite a while. Truly grateful!

What a wonderful experience, the wine was amazing but what really made this place special was the service. Elaine was EXCEPTIONAL!! She made our experience fun and memorable, while also being super knowledgeable on the product. I’d come back here just to be served by her again, special shout out to all the other staff who also made this our new favourite winery in the Niagara region.

Enjoyed the wine tasting any charcuterie board. Will definitely be buying more of the wines when we run low.
