Great burger, properly cooked in 8 to 10 minutes (not like fast food burgers).
First thing that hit me was delicious smoky smell when I cracked the wrapper.
Toppings were fresh (and crispy in the case of the lettuce) and in good proportion to bun and meat.
Not the best patty I've ever had but certainly near the top of the list.
I've never eaten here before but certainly would again (had to ding atmosphere as it is in a food court and seating area is quite small)

Employees, were standing behind the counter, all chatting, while the garbages are completely overflowing, and the floor and seating table areas are a huge mess with food all over the place

Expensive and in my opinion not worth the cost. I ordered a burger combo only to find out that their drink fountain wasn't working and there only option was regular Pepsi. None of the other drinks worked and if I needed anything that was sugar free I had to pay extra for a bottle. I ordered my burger medium-well expecting a little bit of pink but I received it well done and dry. The burger was bland. I didn't appreciate the mix of spices they put on the fries for the Poutine. Overall I was disappointed and wished I picked a different option.

The quality of the burger seems to be going downhill.
I’ve eaten here many times but this is the worst food quality i had so far.
Ordered medium burger but came out overcooked. There is scrapped pickled added on my burger. cant believe they put this skin part on my burger.
Onion rings came out overcooked, fries are all bitz not full size fries, with powdery flavour. Oil are definitely too hot for both fries and onion rings.
Extremely disappointed with the quality now.

First time eating here. Both my and my wife were 100% satisfied with the food and service. The burgers were cooked accurately to our request (one medium and the other medium well). Had a side poutine that was excellent. It was noon and the seating area was full and loud. Not much can be done about it but still a great spot and service. Will be back. Thanks for a great lunch

The burger tasted great. I got the spicy. The unfortunate thing about it... it's not spicy. Raw jalapeño rings when they could have been grilled would be much better as well. Could hardly taste any sauce. Otherwise, it was pretty good
Separate seating from the food court is a big advantage during busy hours. There are some different burgers available, like the blazing pineapple burger.
