5 stars. So good.
This place is awesome!
Awesome service!
Mates, this is Niagara On The Lake...and Queen Street for that matter. This is one of Canada's most charming and beautiful historic small towns. Many Canadians favourite little town, as well as people from all over. So I please ask of you, Shop smart...shop local. Support the charming local CANADIAN shoppes. Avoid this soulless, multinational mega corporation, that has somehow been allowed to enter this adorable small town. Support local businesses. Support canucks and the towns history and integrity. Save your time and money. There's dozens of marvelous little shoppes to go to, that can give you your ice cream fix. And it'll be cheaper, higher quality, and Canadian! đ So you'll only doing yourself a favour.
Shame to those who visit places across the world...only to throw their money on the same bloody big brands...thus turning the entire world into one giant mega corporation copy. Let's keep Niagara-On-The-Lakes UNIQUE history in tact. May Taylor's Ice Cream Parlour and Bakery rest in peace...but hopefully one day make a grand return! If the city council had any shred of honour. It would put an end to any future big corporations entering this historic region. Please everyone be intelligent consumers! I wish no offence to any of the general employees working at this location. I just hope you all understand and agree to my above grievances. Cheers my fellow canucks and travellers across the globe. In conclusion, just avoid this.
Edit: I see the owner has responded to my statement. I appreciate the fact that you read my review, and again I do not intend to give any personal offence to you or the employees. My opinion on thus matter isn't meant as an attack towards you. Now with that being said. I respect the good you might believe you're doing (I hope that's honest and not a simple marketing lie). But no matter how hard you try, it's a case of water and oil here. It just doesn't mix. It doesn't fit. It doesn't belong. A mega corporations existence in a small, HISTORIC town simply contradicts the entire towns existence. And any business given to outside large companies diminishes the town. There's a whole world of Dairy Queens and other generic brand companies out there on every corner. Certain settings (in this case, a small town) should be kept free of that. If the city had any self-respect or care for its citizens and travellers... It would protect this type of life at all costs! That means prioritising the local small businesses and historic buildings above all else!
Donât really come here often, but when I do, the service is great, the treats are great, the establishment is always put together and clean.
When I came here earlier today, the floors were tidy and clean, tables looked clean too, the service counter looked tidy and polished!
There wasnât any guests here, so my time spent here was quick, from when I first arrived to me purchasing my ice cream and leaving, it was roughly 5ish minutes. Service itself was quick! The worker who was working and took my order, he was friendly and kind, seemed to know what he was doing.
If youâre looking for parking, there is paid street parking right outside the place - There is also free street parking if you know where to find it! There is also a rolling ramp to get into the establishment, with loads of room and seating to walk about inside and get a seat while you eat!
Courteous staff and fast service. Choice and quality of products. Very refreshing.

Attempted to go around 9:30pm, within the noted store hours, and it was closed. May want to consider updating hours on Google to reflect accurate closing times.
Great addition to the NOTL retail area!
