Such an incredible experience! We sat out on the patio, which was a beautiful covered area where we were protected from the rain but were still able to appreciate the landscape of the winery. Tucked away in the coziest area of NOTL, Hinterbrook Estate is definitely somewhere to add to any tour itinerary. Lovely staff and stunning wines, the appassimento wines are to die for!
Nomad at Hinterbrook is such a hidden gem. Their wine selection is just wonderful, with great tasting menu options. My boyfriend and I purchased an Alchemy tasting. The Alchemy selection was wonderful, with wines that are truly something special. This place is definitely a must try if you are in the NOTL area.
We were recommended to come here and it did not disappoint! HinterBrook had 2 lovely dry rose wines and other well balanced whites and reds. We were also charmed by the Cab Franc WHITE known as Franc Blanc. Creative Sparkling Nineteen is fun too! Our server, Brooke was so friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable as she served us in the shade of a maple tree on the lawn. Beautiful place, people AND WINE. Our favorite of our visit to NOTL on our 3 day trip.
