HOB NOB Restaurant

It was very quiet for a Saturday night. Staff was friendly and sommelier made good recommendations. Food was only ok. Lacked seasoning and the cocktails were sub-par. For the price of the place, we expected higher quality.

Wonderful! Delicious food!! Quiet atmosphere. We had a great table in front of the fire and a window seat. It was a lovely evening.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary dinner here and we had a lovely time. The food and service were great!

the sun room is a great place to enjoy fall when it gets a bit colder! we meet friends from the us and canada there and it is always beautiful, welcoming (fresh flowers and welcoming staff). The server noted we needed visiting time and no pressure food is great, wine list great for me. will be going back

HOBNOB is our go to restaurant when we visit Niagara-on-the-Lake. Great restaurant in an old house / inn on over looking the oldest golf course in North America. Highly recommend.

Hobnob is always great. The service is always impeccable and the food is always tasty and prepared to perfection.

We enjoyed our evening at HobNob. There were only two other tables in the room so it was quiet. Our server was excellent. The check in under the stairs was odd. The decor is quaint. My husband enjoyed his Cornish hen. My risotto had room for improvement but tasty. Both were generous portions. The food and wine are pricey. Very nice wine selection.

Everything is really good, but the scones, the teas and sandwiches are all excellent. Service is very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed our meal and time here. Fantastic food and service. I had the braised pork belly as an app 🤤 and the beef short rib for my meal. Could barely eat it all and I’m a large man! So good. My wife had the risotto and loved it. Admittedly with young kids we do not get out much other than to chain restaurants, but this was the best meal we’ve had in a very long time.

"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable. I am a regular customer and have never been disappointed.

James was exceptional. He was extremely helpful in meeting our unique dietary requirements.

Not a big menu but food was delicious. Quiet elegant ambiance and great service meant for a great dinner experience.

Alan, thank you so much for arranging such a wonderful evening for us and our friends, at the Hob Nob restaurant last night. Everything was absolutely perfect! The meal was exceptional, and everyone truly enjoyed the atmosphere, and the outstanding service that we received. The gardens looked fantastic! We really enjoyed eating on the back porch.
All in all it was an amazing night, and we're very grateful to you for making it happen!
