Ever since a certain demographic has been hired here, the quality of food and customer service has plummeted. They tried to serve me chicken that still had blood in it and was raw inside. When I took it back and asked for a new piece, he insisted that the chicken was supposed to be bloody and that I should call corporate 🥴 no apology, no offer to fix their mistake. If they’re not cooking food properly, I can only imagine the unhygienic food practices that are happening in the kitchen. Come here if you want raw meat I guess.

I ordered Jimmy the Greek twice now. The first time gave me food poisoning. I decided to try it again at this location and was served RAW chicken. It wasn’t cooked at all. It was red and purple. I don’t understand how you cook food and don’t know it’s raw. Immediately through it in the garbage as it was uneditable. It seems like almost everyone is also being served raw chicken and getting food poisoning!

ordered 5 Suvlakis dinner from this place and then i took 1 small take out container for my left overs (salad). she wanted to charge me 50 cents for paper container.. what a stupid business mentality.

I’ve been enjoying the Souvlaki meal from Jimmy’s for many years and often recommend it to others. However, I’ve noticed that some locations in the Niagara region serve stale tzatziki , and unfortunately, I received one today.
Thankfully, I only took one bite before realizing and discarding it.
To avoid any potential health risks, I recommend checking the freshness by smelling it before eating.

I HATE THIS PLACE THE SERVER FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY LITERAL CHICKEN IN THE MEAL AND THEJ THE CHICKEN WAS RAW AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IT WAS COOKED LIKE ITS LTIERALLY RED AND I ALWAYS GRT THIS CHICKEN FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION. The server was first off frustrating, she asked me three times if I was ready, not sure what the rush was since I was the only customer. When I did order she threw my food into the container like she was serving cafeteria slop! Never did smile or say something kind. The good was almost tasteless. The potatoes had zero flavour, the salad was totally tasteless except the olives and prepackaged dressing.

The tomatoes and onion served saggy and I scared to eat it so I remove it on the side . The potatoes doesn't have any flavor even no salt . You feel like you are eating in airoplane or hospital not in a restaurant. The chicken is dry and doesn't have flavor. The olives are very salty. I usually eat at jimmy the greek put in different places. All of them are good except this place this is my second time and last time . First time was bad too but not bad as this time .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently went to Jimmy the Greek and got food poisoning. I had nothing else to eat all day except for the roasted potatoes and chicken skewers for lunch. When I was eating the potatoes it tasted somewhat off, but did not think anything of it. I did not finish them for this reason. When I went home I was violently ill until the next morning. For the remainder of the week, I felt severely nauseous and could not eat anything. I went on vacation mid week because my trip was non-refundable, and was sick the entire time I was there. My parents contacted the restaurant and they did not seem to care. I have been a customer for a long time and will NEVER go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. I understand that food poisoning happens, but I think it’s horrible that they didn’t care that their improper food made me sick for an entire week.
I ordered one chicken salad and ended up buying three—it was that good! The staff were incredibly kind and patient, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for a quick, fresh, and flavorful meal!

The meat in the Gyro was overcooked, too salty and dry almost to the pointof being crispy. The condiments were meager and included onion, lettuce and tomato only. I will not be returning to that location.
