Oh man...brutal experience. Only car there at 12:45am but told to move up. 6 cars ordering and getting their food later I finally have enough after 15 minutes and back up. The guy working comes to the window and gives me some crap excuse about the poutine being redone and I finally get it. They then over pack the bag so when I get home the corner on the bottom of one of the sandwiches pierces the bag and everything falls onto my driveway...thanks for wasting my $39. Deserves lower than the 3.5 rating they have.

I was very disappointed in the service I revived after waiting over 10 minutes for fries the food they gave me was wrong. I then told them this and they told me I was wrong and that they gave me the right order after I clarified my order and they confirmed the right order.

I use this McDonald's daily on my way to work to grab a XL tea. Most days it's ok, but quite a few times now, including today, I get an XL cup, but it only has a large or even medium tea in the cup! FILL THE CUP! Especially considering you charge 12% more than the other McDonald's in the area. I pay $1.98 for XL tea at most McDonald's, yours are $2.24 for some reason! If you're going to charge me more, then please make sure I get a full cup!

At the last window the guy who gave me the food, he was wearing a glasses, literally gave me wrong food and didn't even say sorry was too rude and food was stinky. Totally that guy shouldn't work at the McDonald's

I doo doordash and uber eats Everyday there there is no rush at the Night time but there long waiting on drive thru i m the only single person but everysingle day same thing they need more staff at the night time 20 minutes waiting

I verbalized a bacon and egg McMuffin in the drive-thru. I was rushed while ordering and accidentally gave an app code for a plainer breakfast sandwich.
Called and said there was no egg on my breakfast sandwich, so I was told to come back. When I did, the jerk in the drive-thru put on a Karen attitude and said, “if you want an egg your gonna have to pay for it”.
No need for such ugly attitude dude…. I had no idea such a plain breakfast sandwich even existed and all the breakfast pics look same on the app!
One of my fave locations in the area! Keep it up guys!

Extremely disappointed with my order today, I am lactose intolerant and asked specifically for a smoothie with no yogurt, they gave me yogurt anyways and I’m now feeling extremely ill from just a few sips. I will not be going back. Extremely disappointed, even more mad at the lousy portion too. I would give 0 stars.

It's very dirty and the food doesn't taste good at all. All the tables were dirty. I will request management just check cameras inside store there was not a single table clean 20 Oct about 8.30pm. There were very few customers but all table were dirty . I ordered coffee. it was not hot.
