We ordered mobile order to pick it up and more easier the charge on the app supposedly is 20.66 when came to pick up oh we have to pay 24.27 the manager with turban at midnight tried to explain the poutine is difference how could that be if the total of the one in the app states everything aswell as the taxes. Misleading why did we even order on mcdonalds app to take the offer when we still have to pay full price.

ALL STAFF, need to be gone, at this McDonalds. Especially the Manager. Staff work according to how they are mentored, directed and instructed, and if things are not right, then this is on the Manager,or person in charge. They all fail. I had to go back three times, to get my burger order right, 3 TIMES. The last time, they didn't even give me a fresh burger. They took the burger apart, that i handed them, which had nothing on it, and then with bare hands, applied what I had originally ordered. GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE. They DO NOT know Customer Service. This is VOID in them, and we see this type of 'behavior' in many fast food places, variety, etc, in this day and age. NEW MANAGER REQUIRED HERE. One who knows what to do and not just give broken english lip service. We should all be sending our concerns to head office, so that maybe, just maybe, they will redo, this location and put decent people in the Kitchen.

Stopped in for a quick bite after the outlet malls, 7:30-8pm. Not very busy, staff were quick and friendly. Food was ok not great... The part that was the worst was the cleanliness of the restaurant from the restrooms to main dining area ( male restroom - pee or water l over the floor ) dining room dirty and discarded food all over the tables and floor and greasy seats with finger prints everywhere. Tons of staff standing around should have been alot cleaner.
I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They consistently make mistakes on food orders. Especially if there is a special request to add or remove anything. Annoying because you pay extra to add something and they seem to forget it or purposefully ignore it for no reason. I’m really disappointed.

Used to be a great go to Mcdonald’s . Now the food prep is sub standard , orders more incorrect than correct . On a side note what happened to the hot mustard dipping sauce for the Nuggets ? It was the best sauce they had

So we went to this McDonald’s. My youngest daughter got poutine, she insisted me to take a bite first, so when i took a bite, I saw a ladybug. Thank god my daughter didn’t eat that. We were half way home so that’s why i couldn’t go back and complain about it. Be aware check your food before eat it

As a person who works at McDonald’s, the service we experienced was absolutely unacceptable. First, the crew who served us, if I remembered it correctly her name is LAYLA, was very rude, I asked for condiments and she aggressively gave the condiments and slapped it to my hand. Second, I asked for no salt and they gave me fry with salt. Third, she gave me a weird look from head to toe. I thought all McDonald’s have the same standards but I guess McDonald’s here in Niagara is different.
The manager should train and pay attention to how their crew works in floor.
