Amazing experience

Best cherry cider in the region! Dog friendly as well.
The Teaching Brewery at Niagara College gives you the opportunity to try brews from the next generation of craft brewers. They offer beer and cider at the bottle shop and tastings in the cozy taproom. Our host, Max, was very helpful and informative. The Teaching Brewery has both recurring brews (the "101" series) as well as custom brews made by students. I am a new fan of the cider (Cider 101) and the Cherry cider (Taylor Road Cider) and brought home several of each. Thanks Max!
Love this place. A list of standard brews then the fun stuff the students come up with. Wish it had tables, but it's set up for sampling then buying.
Four years on and I’m still coming here. So much fun to see what beers the students have dreamt up. If you’re in Niagara, and like beer, it’s well worth the visit. Sometimes you can get to meet the brewery students or the head brewery chilling after the day. Still 5 stars. Remember though, this is the brewery around back, not the wine tasting centre. Though you can get some beers there too.
Very friendly and informative and every style of beer, wine and spirit you can imagine. I'm partial to the brewery where they're able to take you into the teaching brewery and answer any question you have.
Rick helped us and was an amazing person! Rick was able to sit down with us, explain all our our wine and beer choices and help us pair why would be best. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and even more so attentive - we ended up forgetting a few bottles we had bought at the tasting centre, unfortunately. The next morning we called and Rick picked up, remembering our names and EXACTLY what we had got. He even remembered our names and our preferences in regard to our tastings when we came back THREE days later. This gentleman is truly an example of the great students that this college hosts and the bright minds of our future within wine, beer, and spirit production. Thank you very much niagara college, and an even bigger thank you to the superstar, Rick. You are a fantastic person and it was such a pleasure getting to know yourself and your background within the Philippines, thank you very much Rick! This review was meant to be produced in April, but unfortunately I am writing it now. This just goes to show how much of an impact this gentleman put on myself and my family - you are truly amazing, thank you, Rick.
Well informative beer teaching tour

It was great. We couldn't do some parts of the tour because of Covid but what we did was very informative. We tried a variety of beer and wine. We learned about the process to make several wines. It was a nice time. Really Enjoyed..would definitely go again

Incredible spot to buy fantastic wines and award winning beers! The staff are always kind and very helpful! Please Niagara College in general is an amazing school!
Amazing place to try such a wide variety of beer, wine, and spirits.
Closed to public right now. I stood in the taproom for 15 minutes and no one came out or acknowledged me.
The beer here is great, and supporting the college is a great initiative with that being said, I constantly received extremely poor customer service from one individual every time I visit the brewery to pick up beers.A young curly haired girl, makes little to no effort to greet me, spark conversation or even ring me out.I know I shouldn't be receiving such lack luster service and it kills me to think that I am being ignored simply because I am a female. She'll ignore me to speak to any guys in the brewery and won't even give me a look. It's frustrating, and has lessened how often I visit to pick up beer on my way home.I just want to purchase good beer and have an enjoyable experience but as a women entering the brewery, I want to leave as soon as I walk in.
Not very friendly, spoke french to themselves. Seemed bothered by us being there
