Service was excellent and attentive — a real highlight of the evening. However, I was expecting a more elegant atmosphere; it felt more like casual dining. The spicy noodle dish was extremely hot — too much for my taste. On the other hand, the coconut shrimp was fantastic — clearly fresh and well-prepared. Overall, great service, but the vibe and heat level of the meals weren't quite what I was hoping for.
There was little to no protein in the dishes despite being fairly expensive. The sauces were sickly sweet to the point of being inedible. The pad thai noodles were boiled instead of fried and lacked all the key ingredients that make pad thai taste good (tamarind, peanuts, fried tofu, garlic, green onion etc). The vegetables they chose to use in the main courses don't go well with the cuisine (zucchini and cherry tomatoes in stir fry!?!?). The prices were way too high for what you're getting.
Good food, not nearly as authentic as we had hoped - more catered to a Canadian taste; fast & professional service. Would go back.
Service was excellent and very personable from the moment we arrived. Very personalized attention throughout our dining experience including great wine recommendation. Food was delicious and beautiful presented! Cannot wait to return!
First visit and we loved it food was amazing, portion are very generous easy to order few and share. Service was great fast delivery to table.
Every time I come here, the food and experience is always amazing. Not once have I ever had a bad meal. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
Second time at Niagara's finest Thai. Excellent quality, food, service and ambience. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

One of my favorite authentic Thai restaurants - the flavors are multi layer, can be enjoyed dine in or out. The staff is friendly and the food is very consistent. If you love a dish the first time, you can look forward to it again and again. I always return many years later, many kms later bringing family and friends to enjoy something new or something different.
Overall ambiance is quaint; its off the busy path of Old Town so after a day of shopping, you can relax here. Or you can pop in after coming from the Shaw theatre.
Can be pricey but the food is "clean" & flavorful.
Parking: can be very busy - summer, weekends
