Oaklands at The Riverbend Inn

The environment is very nice, quiet, elegant, and with a beautiful view of the Niagara vineyards. The food was also lovely. We had delicious croissants with very nice cappuccinos, as well as orange juice and coffee. My only comment, and the reason I can't give five stars, is that the service was quite slow, even though there were very few people. By the time I received my croissant, my cappuccino was already cold. I think the coffee and food should be served closer together so that guests can fully enjoy their breakfast.

Our server Seth was outstanding and the wine pairings with dinner elevated the whole experience. What a lovely evening on the patio with my beloved! It happened that there was a movie screening in the vineyard the same night so the environment was a little bit more chaotic then I expect will be normal. That said, we took it all in and had a wonderful evening.

Oaklands restaurant is a very special place. I consider it to have the best patio in NOTL. But the menu doesn't change often enough. It's August and we have same menu since April or even earlier. And the servers have not learned to smile yet, or maybe Wednesday is not a good day to come for lunch.

The testing dinner was an exceptional assortment of dishes. Each one absolutely delicious and just the right amount. The service provided made the evening very special. And enjoying the whole experience privately in the vineyard gazebo surrounded by views of the grape vines was magical!

We were delighted to bring visiting family to Oaklands at The Riverbend Inn the other day-- one of our absolute favourite places in the Niagara Region. We had a marvellous evening on the patio as the sun began to set; we all thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our delicious meals; and the knowledgeable, warm and professional service meets that lovely balance between relaxed and refined. Our relatives left with memories that will last for years to come. Thank you to everyone on the Oaklands team for such a special evening!

What an excellent experience..... In person pre- reservation call for allergy concerns, friendly , professional wait staff and superb food, all combine to provide a wonderful time. I almost didn't want to write this review so we could keep the place to ourselves! We will be back

Best server we’ve ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. She helped us with wine selection after we had a couple of cocktails. The food was wonderful. Complements to the chef👏

Brunch here was the highlight of our weekend. Delicious food with good portions, bottomless mimosas, a clean, quiet restaurant, and a lovely view. Aaron (our server) knocked it out of the park!

We thoroughly enjoyed our quick stop here on a quiet Friday afternoon. This location features a fabulous outdoor patio overlooking several different green spaces, vineyards and wineries. The server was excellent as was the drink menu.
We will definitely visit again.
