The kitchen was so backed up that we waited 50 minutes for our food. The temperature in the restaurant was freezing cold. The soup was tasteless, while the chicken parmesan sandwich was fairly good. The waitress tried very hard to keep up and was apologetic about the kitchen issues. A very poor experience and would never recommend to anyone.

Some friends and i had a great night catching up on the Play patio at White Oaks. Food and service was great! Relaxed, causal atmosphere. Great for a girls night, visiting the hotel or after a long day of shopping. We will return!

My cousin and I had the most genuine experience at Play Bar and Grill for dinner tonight.
Our server Molly was delightful! She was funny and genuine which was a refreshing experience to have in the restaurant atmosphere. Although she was busy, she always made the effort to check in on us to ensure we were satisfied with our meals.
The two male servers (sorry, I didn’t catch your names) who were assisting Molly were great too! They were funny.
Overall, it was a great time and we’ll be back again for more customer service like Molly’s!

Server was terrible. I had to come find her twice in the restaurant to order and get my bill after we were done our food. The restaurant wasn't busy so I don't know what she was doing. The meals were bland and we had complaints about the pizza. My salmon dish had no flavour. I was disappointed

From the gentleman downstairs when we walked in the door to being greeted by Molly who seated and served us, it was a great experience. My husband Rob and I are visiting Toronto from Florida and we did a last minute trip to Niagara Falls in the afternoon. It became late and nothing was still open and we had not eaten all day. We found your place as we were going to return to Toronto at 9pm. Molly was an absolute gem, an excellent server, and the food was very good. We are happy to have come across your establishment and would highly recommend to everyone.

Our server was outstanding, but sadly when the time came to tip, I miscalculated since the majority of our bill was covered by the rewards system, so our % chosen tip was low. Definitely recommend tho!
Fantastic meal appetizers were off the chart service was first class. Would absolutely recommend anyone who enjoys good food and great service.

A little pricey, but not if you consider the generous portion sizes. You also get complimentary chips and aioli with all orders. The drinks are also distinctly Canadian, and all drinks using wine are likely to use locally sourced (I mean Niagara sourced) wine.
We got the nachos with Chicken, Wings with BBQ sauce, and another occasion we got the margarita pizza 12 slices. We struggled to finish them for the sheer size of the portions. I recommend the bar and grill, and doubly recommend it if you're staying at the resort.

She was attentive, friendly, polite, and definitely knew how to connect with us. If I could have her every time we dined someplace, we would want her. Thanks Molly for making our stay lovely.
