Our experience was absolutely phenomenal — truly up to the White Oaks standard! The atmosphere was very pleasant, the food and service were both excellent. I'd like to highlight our server, Kayla, who was exceptionally attentive, efficient, and incredibly kind with my 3-year-old daughter. We'll definitely be coming back many more times!

Not what we expected from white oaks. It took 11 minutes from being sat until our server introduced themself and took our order. Never asked if we wanted water. Sparesly came by, we interacted with the food runner and Buster more than our server. Only time we got quick service was when it was time to pay. It's usually a lot better than that. It was pretty distracting having the baseball game playing through the speakers when it seemed like only one person at the bar was actually watching the game. It made it a loud and distracting experience.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant, and we are very pleased with the quality of the food, the portion size, the taste, and the service. Everything was top-notch and we would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be returning.

A friend (can't have gluten or egg) and I (vegan) went last night. It's a beautiful place with a couple options for both of us. Food was tasty, but the service was impeccable! Our server was Molly, who was so lovely and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great dinner and was incredibly helpful - she's a huge asset to their team! My friend and I will definitely go back.

Spent 2 nights to start our honeymoon and absolutely wished we had extended it there. If i could put Service higher i absolutely would. First night we headed to Play for dinner where Emily P was our waitress. She was kind professional and just amazing in everyway. In fact she kicked it off so well we promised to come back for drinks the next day. We got THE STEAK that i got to admit was probably the best steak ever cooked to perfection ive had. Not to bash anyone else but was even better cooked them the LIV across the hallway for less cost. The wife got the PRIME burger and she was able to finish half only but not for lack of trying she loved it!!!! We came back our last night as promised for some drinks and i mean what can i say just TOP TIER espresso martini with some recommendations for other cocktails and beers from EMILY P. Everyone was just great and so nice. Will definitely be back and cant wait for next year

The service was great and we appreciated the menu options. I ordered the shrimp and sun-dried tomato linguine. I saw the price for $42 and while steep for a pasta, thought it was worth the price since there was seafood involved. The pasta came and there was THREE shrimp provided. For $42, I was extremely disappointed in what was provided. For a meal that potentially cost $5 to make, it was very over priced.

The kitchen was so backed up that we waited 50 minutes for our food. The temperature in the restaurant was freezing cold. The soup was tasteless, while the chicken parmesan sandwich was fairly good. The waitress tried very hard to keep up and was apologetic about the kitchen issues. A very poor experience and would never recommend to anyone.

We visited Play for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience! They made us feel special from the time we were greeted right up until the end. As we did not order dessert, they comped our drinks. So appreciated and so kind. Thank you to our server Caitlin, you did a wonderful job! Lovely live music as we were leaving as well.
